We took in our van which we bought there for service. We had multiple issues with doors with one of them unable to be locked so we cannot leave anything in vehicle. Other issue was an internal part which fell off with no way to reconnect it. We scheduled an appointment and had to repeat information to different service advisors who did not communicate with each other. They took our van and said they would contact us. Four days later we called since we got no call and twice we were put on hold and disconnected. Third call we found out they needed to get a part, ordered it and they would not look at other issues since they ""could be related" (how a internal part which fell off can be related I have no idea). Told we could pick up the vehicle if you wish but since it will not lock useless. Multiple calls were made and was told service advisor unavailable, No calls on status update were made to us in 2 weeks. Today I called and four calls to service where I was hung up or put on hold and hung up I called main number and told person answering (from sales) that we were picking up our van today and taking it elsewhere with us not using this business again. Ten minutes later we received call saying "vehicle would be ready today" and "we will call you when ready". I also was told there is a problem with their phone system for last six months and dealership is aware of it. Will not do business with this dealership or any dealership owned by Ourisman.
