Absolute Tree Inc advertised selling firewood for $400 per cord. Payment by cash or check upon delivery. I requested a cord of firewood to be delivered to my home address on Wednesday, November 16th, 2022 at approximately 8am.Absolute Tree Inc Driver arrived on time. I then paid the Driver (****, with Phone # ************) $400 in cash (8x$50 bills) as instructed previously via email correspondence by ***********************, President. **** then dumped the cord of firewood on my property and drove away. Absolute Tree Inc President *********************** sent me a Billing Invoice on Friday, November 18, 2022 showing a Balance still owed in the amount of $400. I replied to ************** via email disputing the Invoice because I had paid her driver as she requested conditionally upon delivery. I said "What you sent me says I owe you $400 which is not correct. I do not owe you anything. I paid your driver as you instructed me to. He then dumped the firewood on my property". She refuses to credit me the $400 I paid in full for the firewood delivery received. All I want from this is for Absolute Tree Inc to update their Invoice to reflect the Payment I made in full for this firewood delivery. I do not want them to try and collect from me a second time when it is not warranted.

Hey ************* not quite sure what this guy is doing. We did deliver firewood to him. He did pay us. We do not show him owing anything. We had simply emailed him an invoice initially just so he had a copy for his records. Not once have we chased him down. His account is paid in full and there are no issues.
