    Purchased 2016 *** ******* for $13,633.20 on Saturday, January 21, 2023 after seeing it on *** ****. Have been dealing with issues since around Tuesday (3 days after purchase). Had to take the car in to get rotors & belt changed. Was informed tires were changed too but not on receipt for the day so unsure if that’s true or not. Had to get diagnostic done, recommended by ***** at dealership. There was a recall that had to be fixed during.Bunch of issues that warranty won’t cover cause issues were “touched”. Brought info to *****, he sent email to team & said ***** would handle it, nothing. Then the registration issue; had to get another temp tag because they hadn’t done it. Got it to see only 30 days, was informed I had to do state inspection, which I wasn’t made aware of at time of purchase even though ***** asked where I’d be getting car registered. Have been told I’d get refunded for the diagnostic check (dealership expressed unhappiness with the car being sold in that condition), state inspection as well as when I go back to DMV, but haven’t heard anything. Car failed due to the tires, haven’t heard anything from them. Called & finally got ahold of owner, *****. He pretty much called me a liar and proceeded to call me condescending while raising his voice, not letting me speak much if any. Selling lemons? Not sure what’s going on, but this is my only vehicle and I don’t feel safe driving it, especially with my son. I’d like the issues fixed, though I’m afraid they won’t treat me well. I’ve been dealing with this since just 3 days after purchase in January and already in March. From doing research, seems it’s many issues there & obvious lies regarding how long they’ve been at that location using those lies to disregard people’s complaints on ****** review. Also, after looking back, realized they showed me the wrong vehicle. Through *** **** I inquired on a 2014 *** *******. When I got to the dealership, he already had the 2016 out and said it was ready for me.

    I bought a car from this car lot September 2022. I have been calling to get my title so that I can get the car registered. Every month I call they keep saying that they will send them out or that they have already sent them out. Only to find out that they still haven't sent them. So every month they keep sending me paper tags because my tags keep expiring. I had no idea that they didn't have my title until I went to get tags in September and the DMV said they don't see any information to proceed and the last time the title was registered was 2017. I bought the car in September to put on **** so that I can rent it out. I would have earned at least an extra $800 a month renting the car. This will be the sixth month that I have been unable to get my title. I'm tired of calling them every month only to get the same lie that they will call me right back. At this point I am ready to return the car and get a full refund because now my credit union is writing me and requesting the titles. I have basically been waiting with the car parked since September. Not to mention that I have been paying insurance only to watch it sit.
