      The *** warehouse crew is amazing! So professional and kind! We had some special needs this year and they were right on top of it making things happen for our family! Very grateful for their hard work and dedication! Keep up the superior work! Cheers!!!

      Always had a great experience with them. Had membership since 1998 (first day) and had so many good tickets. Have been shut out, but that is the nature of the game. 130+ shows and the great majority of tickets are from The Warehouse!!

      Seems kinda funny the way it is to comment on a fanclub association as a business but I guess they are. I have been a member for many years and they conduct themselves with professionalism and positivity. They respond to all the annoying inquiries and really have been so great to deal with. People everyday have so much to say and complain about things that are wrong so I thought I'd mention that these folks do everything so right . They are the best of what's around :)Thank you

      The Warehouse Crew is second-to-none when it comes to supporting the fans of **** Matthews Band. They are excellent communicators with upcoming tours, shows, and special events, and they genuinely do so many things that we don't get to see that helps make our experience with DMB that much more special and unique.Every show I have attended feels like the first one, and the hospitality and exceptional customer service I have been shown since becoming a member in 2000 is a testament to how much the Warehouse cares about the band and the fans who support them.Cheers to a wonderful organization, run by wonderful individuals who know how important DMB is to so many of us.

      The warehouse crew with the **** Matthews Band (DMB) has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure a positive experience every time Ive worked with them. Over the past few shows in ******** and **************, theyve not only helped me secure tickets but also ensured I had accessible seating for my wheelchair. This last time, they even set up a special riser with access, which made all the difference. The team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire process seamless.Though in ********, they did have to deal with me jokingly asking to go to the green room the whole time (unless they actually took me, which I would have gladly accepted!). Heres to trying again next year! Thanks again to everyoneyour dedication does not go unnoticed!

      I have been a warehouse member for over 20 years. The team is always responsive and helpful. I am in appreciation of what they do for their members every day! As my mobility needs changed, they helped me with *** seating which would have precluded me from attending shows otherwise.

      I sing my 6 month old the song "Oh" by **** Matthews each night when laying him down. When I received the call from a Warehouse staff member with enrapturing news, I was quickly reminded of why I chose such a beautiful song to sing my son each night. ****** - thank you for taking the time during such an elating phone call to speak to my son. You guys spoke to each other like it was a nightly occurrence. We will never forget you. I thank each and every one of you for such an amazing experience. I have always had a positive experience from the Warehouse Crew, and I can undoubtedly say that will continue from here on out.

      I really appreciate your handwork and thank you so for being the backbone to a group of excellent musicians that truly love their craft!!! I believe that we (fans)owe DMB so much gratitude for what these guys have sacrificed for us for 30 years!!!!
