The warehouse crew with the **** Matthews Band (DMB) has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure a positive experience every time Ive worked with them. Over the past few shows in ******** and **************, theyve not only helped me secure tickets but also ensured I had accessible seating for my wheelchair. This last time, they even set up a special riser with access, which made all the difference. The team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making the entire process seamless.Though in ********, they did have to deal with me jokingly asking to go to the green room the whole time (unless they actually took me, which I would have gladly accepted!). I have been a warehouse member for over 20 years. The team is always responsive and helpful. I am in appreciation of what they do for their members every day! As my mobility needs changed, they helped me with *** seating which would have precluded me from attending shows otherwise.Review from Tyler H

I sing my 6 month old the song "Oh" by **** Matthews each night when laying him down. When I received the call from a Warehouse staff member with enrapturing news, I was quickly reminded of why I chose such a beautiful song to sing my son each night. ****** - thank you for taking the time during such an elating phone call to speak to my son. You guys spoke to each other like it was a nightly occurrence. We will never forget you. I thank each and every one of you for such an amazing experience. I have always had a positive experience from the Warehouse Crew, and I can undoubtedly say that will continue from here on out.Review from Jen R

I am pleased to say I have been a warehouse member for many many years. I have had occasion where I needed customer service and I was always more than pleased These wonderful people are responsive, kind courteous, and trustworthy. Coming from a music fanatic I couldnt be more grateful for the wonderful staff at warehouse. Keep up the amazing work.Review from Neal F

I recently attended both nights at ***********************, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience. As a Warehouse member since July 2000, with 74 shows under my belt, I never been in the pit. We ended up being #** and #** in the early entry line, which put us right up at the rail. Being that close to the band after all these years was absolutely incredible.So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you! You truly made this experience extra special. Good luck with the rest of the summer tour ticketing, and here's hoping for more fantastic shows!
