I am pleased to say I have been a warehouse member for many many years. I have had occasion where I needed customer service and I was always more than pleased These wonderful people are responsive, kind courteous, and trustworthy. Coming from a music fanatic I couldnt be more grateful for the wonderful staff at warehouse. Keep up the amazing work.

Their customer service is OUTSTANDING. I had an issue which ultimately they were not in but they helped me resolve it

I recently attended both nights at ***********************, and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience. As a Warehouse member since July 2000, with 74 shows under my belt, I never been in the pit. We ended up being #** and #** in the early entry line, which put us right up at the rail. Being that close to the band after all these years was absolutely incredible.So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you! You truly made this experience extra special. Good luck with the rest of the summer tour ticketing, and here's hoping for more fantastic shows!

I typically am not a person to spend time complimenting a company and/or association. At the same time I do not complain a lot either. But I HAVE to take a few minutes to give a standing ovation for the **** Matthews Band Warehouse web page. I recently purchased tickets to the **** shows in **************** **. I have wanted to see shows at that location for the past couple of years, so I was extremely excited when I was able to secure tickets for both nights when they went on sale in February. Sadly an illness has arisen now that will not allow us to travel to see these shows. I reached out to the folks who man the Warehouse and asked for their assistance in selling the tickets through the Warehouse page. I had no idea what to expect (after all they made the sale to me and they could have easily said..."sucks to be you" and moved on). The team that handles the Warehouse site could not have been nicer. Their first communication back to me was to share their support for my wife and shared some very kind thoughts. Then they provided help in getting the tickets posted and sold. Any time I had a question or needed some help they were right there responding back to me in moments. With everything going on, they made sure the process was handled simply and with as little effort on my end as possible. As consumers I think we are almost programmed to expect very little in the way of customer service anymore. The staff at ********************** deserves a standing ovation!! They made a rough patch of life a little easier with their help. Thanks for taking a moment to read my thoughts and thanks again to the folks at Warehouse!!

The Warehouse Crew is 2nd to none. They reply to email quickly, if there is an issue with an order or tickets they help work everything out and they are so nice to visit with on the phone or over email. Once of the few companies that will still pick up the phone. I would give 10 stars if I could. Great work Warehouse Crew and Thank you

The *** Warehouse customer service was absolutely amazing. They responded quickly and helped make sure the problem was fully resolved. Such a pleasure to have one less thing to worry about were kind and courteous the entire time. So happy.

Ive had the pleasure of being a DMB Warehouse member for over 25 years! Over this time, the Warehouse Crew has helped me with a lot of different problems with tickets, membership, etc, always giving me the ***** and mercy I probably didnt deserve, and so nice! In addition to the access to ************* to shows, Ive looked forward to the music downloads, great DMB swag, and contest giveaways. Thanks so much for all you do, I hope to be around for another 25 years!

I have been a Warehouse member since ****. I am a Disabled Veteran and they ALWAYS make sure we get our *** seats as needed. The people who work there are very responsive, helpful, and just freakin nice. Thank you Warehouse!

They were quick to respond to me on a weekend! They showed me how to navigate the website to FAQs but still directly answered my question!
