      I would like to thank all of the folks at the *** Warehouse for all they do for us! These people are amazing! Lots of people take for granted or do not understand the difficulties of caring for loved ones with disabling challenges, as we have sadly experienced throughout our pursuits to normalize our lives. We appreciate all the special attention the *** Warehouse team gives to those of us with *** challenges. They all take such good care of us to make sure we are accommodated with seat selection, parking, and the likeso well! They are the real Rock Stars! Im sure that ***************************** would be proud to know that the folks that represent his brand and are working behind the scenes continue to make it easy for us to enjoy being dedicated fans. My husband ***** and I believe everyone should enjoy recognition for a job well done! Bravo, to our *** Warehouse friends! Bravo!

      Great customer service.I've been a long time member of the Dave Matthews Band Warehouse Fan Association and I've never had to reach out for help, until the other day (9/19/22). I was unable to locate my tickets for that nights show at the ************** and was bummed that I was probably going to have to miss it. I quickly reached out to customer support and within a few hours all my problems were resolved. They were able to reprint my tickets and have them ready at Will Call.The show was incredible and I cant thank them enough. Their efforts are greatly appreciated.******,****

      Great customer service! Had tickets to a concert in ****** (Camden) this weekend and accidentally left the tickets at home in ********. Not knowing what else to do, I sent a ***************** email to Warehouse. I had a response in just a couple of minutes and they were super helpful. They had my tickets reprinted at the will-call window. We made it to the show on time and **** rocked! Best. ********* Ever.

      I've been a member of the Warehouse since its inception in 1998. They are always so pleasant/helpful whenever you need to contact them. They always respond in a timely manner, and answer questions asked. Any person I've dealt with is always professional and very courteous/friendly. DMB and their fans are very lucky to have such a wonderful organization running their fan club.

      Excellent customer service. They actually followed up to be sure I got my tickets for the show! Nobody cares enough to do that these days. Their responses to me when I contacted them were personalized and not scripted. You could tell you were communicating with a person instead of a computer. Keep up the good work!

      Absolutely love this crew. They always get back to me quickly and cheerfully, and always resolve any issue I have had in a timely manner. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thanks Warehouse for always going above and beyond and keep up the good work!

      Musical artists fan clubs are all too often criticized for alleged failure to provide an appropriate level of customer service. None of that applies to this one. Based upon my personal experience with the WH they have gone well above and beyond my expectations in addressing issues on more than one occasion for which I am so grateful. I am proud to be a 15+ years member!

      My flights got canceled so couldn't make to a show. I contacted them and they walked me thru how to sell my tickets on the warehouse. Greatly appreciated all their help. They were excellent to work with.

      As a 15-year member of The Warehouse, I’d just like to say that the crew have ALWAYS been very responsive and very helpful, and have always responded with what you can tell is a smile on their face. Their help and time provided with my everyday inquiries over the years (and excitement over hearing great stories I’ve shared on occasion) has always meant a lot and really adds to the overall experience of being a diehard DMB fan. They go above and beyond in making a difference, 100%.
