      Deplorable. They notified me two weeks after moving in that my well water was unsafe to drink, even though I had requested proof of water testing prior to move-in. My heat is currently broken, and while they supplied space heaters (which barely warm half the house), they have ignored my repeated requests for a repair timeline, and temperatures have now reached freezing.

      Avoid this company at all costs. My leasing agent *********************** essentially ghosted me after I put down an extortianante holding deposit which she assured me was refundable ( I decided not to go through with the lease). In the two weeks since I informed her that I did not want to go through with the lease, the company has been completely unresponsive to my calls and emails enquiring about the refund, which I have yet to receive. Now I think I am going to have to go to small claims court to get my money back, ugh.....

      ****************** did submit an application and then informed us that she wished to withdraw the application. ******************** notified ** on 9/11/2023 that she wished to withdraw her application at which time, our agent confirmed her forwarding address. ********************** holding deposit less the cancellation fee, was then sent to our accounting department on 9/12/2023. ********************** payment has been processed and was mailed to her on 9/20/2023. I suspect that ****************** simply has not received the payment yet in the mail. I do see that ****************** reached out via email on 9/20/2023 thru her application which I believe *** not have been received as her application had been placed in the cancelled/no longer active status. If a phone call to our ************** was not returned we certainly apologize, as that is not acceptable nor typical of our Leasing staff and will be addressed with the staff directly.
