I do not recommend going to free bridge auto sales to buy a vehicle because they never have loaner cars available. If they give you a I owe you to fix your vehicle, they will still charge you for it, even though its not your fault. They have terrible customer service and they never know anything. This is the WORST dealership in ***************.

To whom it may concern;Thank you for your review. We are sorry your have not had a good experience with your purchase. I believe you a referencing the we owe that is sign at the time of delivery. The we owe does only have a time frame of 30 days before it is no longer valid, as written in red on the bottom of the form next to where it was signed. Although that is the case we often work to correct whatever was promised after the time frame as long as there are reasonable efforts to get the car to us for the repairs. As far as the loaner cars you are referencing, they are a COURTESY and are lent out only when available and in the order/priority received. Although we did not have a loaner car for you, the possibility to drop it off and allow us to work it in was always an option. It would require you to have to set up alternate transportation to get back and forth while the work is being completed. We do know the that can be an inconvenience, and for that we apologize as that is never our intention. So again sorry there were non of or COURTESY loaners available for your convenience. But for a slight inconvenience, we would have gladly fix the issues promised if you would have left the vehicle with us for a few days. This place has got to be the worst place I have ever got a vehicle from. **** in the service department is very rude and she doesnt care about you nor your vehicle services. She also put me in a run down service loaner in the summer time with no ac and service engine lights on. My truck has been broken down, in and out the shop since I purchased it back in February 2023. Still until this day the truck is broken down and to much of a danger to drive. I almost lost control of the truck with my children in the back because it had faulty parts put on it. I was told a new motor and other things was being put on the truck. They had the truck for a whole entire month before I got it back in June 2023, once I got it back almost a week in a half to two weeks the truck broke down again. This truck has been in that shop 4 to 5 times and came out worse then it went in. I do not recommend this place to anyone they are all about money and not about making sure the vehicle is in great driving condition and the safety of the customers doesnt matter to them unless money is involved. Something has to be done about this place.Review from Stacey V

Well my visit was good and to all the guys through the front door I would give all of you guys five stars thanks for my purchase! but I know I lost money trading my truck in because my truck was pretty much in perfect conditionunder the hood but myproblems begin a week laterfirst I had a problem with the car cutting off not starting back on it was some wire to the battery that was loose thanks **** for fixing that when Icame by and you looked at it and when I bought the car the guys told me come back if anything's wrong they will fix it so that's what I didI also mentioned the squealing noise and the engine light came on so I had them check it they said the belt is possibly loose and needs to be tightened when I brought it to **** and when me and my son was there my son as a witness also ************************** back with him in a day or 2 he was trying to get me a loner so I could drop the car off he said the lady in the shop will know about a loaner so I call her back after a day or two like he told me to call back she says hold on she was going to check with **** after I spoke with her and she didn't have a clue of what I was talking about so she talks to **** and then comes back and tells me in her way that I'm a liar so she also said she wouldn't have me a loaner until July so as I stated to her seems to be some communication issues and I just hung up and I would have given5stars untilservice department lady said what she said seems like her and the service department is so behind or there wouldn't be all of the cars sitting there waiting to be worked on also need to work on customer service new mechanics also work might be finished in a timely manner! So thanks for nothing this is for the location at ******** Road *************** ********
