      I entered into a contract with Dream Decks LLC in March of 2021. I paid the down payment of ********* to have an aluminum fence installed in my yard. For several months I contacted Ryan, the owner, weekly to see if the materials were in. Ryan informed me that the product was not in at ***** Home ************ Finally, Ryan stopped taking and returning my calls. I sent a letter in March of 2022 requesting to cancel my contract and the return of my deposit. I have still not heard from him. I also contacted ******* today and was told that the product was in stock.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/02) */ Yes Ms. ********* did sign a contract in March of 2021. We placed her special order for her aluminum fence with our material vendor once we received her deposited. Unfortunately her material was coming from across seas. This was during the timeframe that the shipping containers were not being delivered. We notified Ms. ********* when we got updates. Unfortunately we can not control the delivery status to our vendor. It is very hard to change vendors as we had already paid for her fence material to be ordered. We are just as unhappy as she is in these maters. It makes it difficult on our end to show our good business when we our vendor struggles to get material. We deeply apologize for this delay. We never intend for a job to prolong and drag out as hers did. Unfortunately once the down payment is made and materials are ordered the contract is binding and the refund is non-refundable.
