    Worst place to reside, especially with a family of young children. The residents here DO NOT watch where they are driving, the office people are stuck up and rude, only care about drama. Nothing gets fixed, if you want to live in a run down piece of garbage here you go live here. They treat you like dirt scam you of your money lie to your face.

    Beware if you are a person of color. I was a resident approximately 5 years ago. However I was evicted just after I paid my rent for the month. I had 72 HOURS to VACATE my apartment. I did not eat or sleep for those 72 hours because not only did I have to pack up a 2 bedroom apartment, I also had to try and find another place to live. And, I had to purchase moving boxes, rent a van and a storage unit which is extremely expensive. Thankfully I was able to find another apartment. Soon after I moved Sterling **** sent me a letter stating I owed them $300!!!! They evicted my after they took my rent for the month. They kept my large security deposit and they wanted MORE MONEY!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! I went to court several times to dispute this so called balance. I assume my "debt" was sold to some law firm because I recently rec'd a letter and my paycheck has been garnished. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?!?!?!?! STERLING **** LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!FYI... A lawsuit, was in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of ********, argued that the screening policy used by Sterling Glen Apartments, Wisely Properties, LLC, and *********** management *************** discriminated against people on the basis of race.***********************************************************************************************************

    "I resided at Sterling Glen Apartments, ********************, for one year. During my stay, I encountered numerous challenges. Despite seeking assistance, I faced obstacles in reaching the corporate office and obtaining *****************. When my fridge malfunctioned, causing groceries worth $400 to spoil, I provided receipts but received only $187 in compensation. Similarly, when the dishwasher was out of order for a month, I wasn't compensated.Throughout my tenancy, the management displayed rudeness and disrespect, particularly from Property Manager ******, who denied my requests for assistance and offered inconsistent information on owed amounts without providing receipts. Despite my efforts to resolve issues, I felt unsupported and dismissed. Overall, the property management's handling of situations was inadequate, leaving residents without proper assistance or reliable communication."
