    Slow response time, arbitrary decisions rules not applied to all equally. Consent harassment of fees without justification or explanation always a threat of being removed from your home. I am not talking about rent. More interest in getting a lot of people in a home for the money. Also a derelict trailer which has never been removed or repaired

    Sandra ****** is a tenant of ours.  I'm not sure what she is referencing about "slow response time, arbitrary rules not applied to all equally".  We have the same rules for everyone.  Sandra is charged monthly fees for water and sewer which is billed based on how many gallons she uses.  The usage is provided on the monthly statement that is mailed to her.  Late fees are posted on the 6th of the month on any amounts that are past due.  We hand out pay or quit notices to anyone with a balance typically between the 6th-8th of the month.  I'm not sure what she means by "a lot of people in a home for the money".  Yes, we want to have all of our homes occuppied so that we can collect rent.  That is how we pay all of our bills and pay for repairs and upgrades to the properties.  Yes, there is an abandoned mobile home at this property.  We intend to demo the home soon.  We are keeping the grass mowed and yard clean.
