On May 7, 2024 the Board for Contractors issued a Final Opinion and Order regarding Jennelle's Construction Paving & Sealing, Inc. for the following prohibited acts;
1. Prior to commencement of work or acceptance or payments, the contract shall be signed by both parties. 2. Any changes in the officers of a corporation, managers of an LLC company or other officers or directors of an association shall be reported to the board in writing within 120 days of the change. 3. Failure of those engaged in residential contracting to comply with the terms of a written contract that contains the minimum of when work is to begin and estimated completion date, Disclosure of cancellation rights and contain the contractors name, address, license number, class of license or any specialties.
