      I took my 2007 ***** Silverado to get the airbag replaced for a factory recall. I was told if they broke my - They would not replace it since they've changed my airbag. I'm having a problem with my engine starting. I called them and they said it was just a coincidence. That something's going on with the security system. I told them the light was not working on the dash and it was before they did The airbag I have called and left messages.No one seems to want to return my calls.I'm not saying they Deliberately messed my truck But my truck was running fine until the Airbag got changed Now.My truck has a Starting And they will not help me With this issue , I know it has to be something that was done while Was being changed i'm not a dummy It's not a Coincidence that my truck was running great Until I got the airbag changed and now i'm having a problem with my truck starting They need to fix this problem or at least What is going on? When I ask the service manager What could be done?He said it could cost thousands of dollars to fix it I did not break my truck. I should not have to pay that kind of money All I want them to do is look and make sure that they didn't unhook something by accident When you call over there they treat you like you are bothering them

      Thank you for contacting us with your concern. We have contacted the customer directly and have a service appointment scheduled for the vehicle to be looked at and confirm the repair was performed properly and nothing was done that could be causing the problem the customer is having.

      Haley in Farmville very likely missed out on a sale today. I am 79 and my husband recently suffered a stroke rendering him unable to drive at this time. I need a smaller car to feel comfortable (our new current vehicle is a 2024 Jeep Summit) doing all the driving time doctors, etc. The salesman was not accommodating in any way! Our Jeep was parked near Haley Service and we had asked for a trade-in offer.

      My parents are elderly. My father is 88 and mother 85. I believe their age recently has made them victim to senior financial exploitation. They will argue against this point. It is always difficult to admit when youve been "taken advantage of" especially when you trust a person assisting you.Back story:A light came on the vehicle's dash, indicating a brake issue on my parent's truck. There was no apparent problem, the truck drove fine, but they felt they should bring it in to be investigated/turned off/fixed, whatever was necessary.They went to Haley Auto **** ****** in Farmville, ******** on a Thursday, waited almost 2 hours while their vehicle was checked-out. They were told that the complete brake system had to be replaced along with a few other issues, totaling almost $10k to fix.Clearly this was upsetting, and they were advised they should NOT drive the vehicle (very dangerous). At this point they were told Haley **** would take the vehicle off their hands.The Vehicle was sold for $15K. The vehicle was in very good condition, had a very low mileage (less than 35k miles) and is one of the top selling trucks in the ***.A complimentary ride was provided for my parents back to their home.The following Monday the truck was on the market for over $30K.I am very upset that my parents were taken advantage of, so are many other family members and friends. If nothing else, I hope others can be warned and assist their elderly parents/friends while dealing with this type of business.************

      We are very sorry you feel this way about your parents interaction with our store. Our original intention was to fix the problems we found with this vehicle and list it for sale on our lot. That is why you saw it briefly listed on our online inventory. However, once we dug into it, the problems with this vehicle were even more extensive that we originally thought. We ultimately decided this truck would not pass Haley's internal inspection processes and pulled this vehicle from our inventory. Because of these problems, we were not able to sell this vehicle retail and instead sent it to wholesale auction for salvage parts.

      My husband took our truck to Haley because it is the only certified ************ center in Farmville. We had the engine replaced. An estimate was given. I understand it was an estimate, but every time we spoke to them the price went up and the final price was thousands of dollars more than the estimate. And they used the old coil packs and spark plugs in the new engine. I wasn't happy but we paid it. Then of course the transmission went. By this time we had a warranty on it so we had to go to Haley. They charged us an extra $1000 on top of the warranty company payment. We paid it. Then the truck was still not right so we took it back. Intake manifold gasket and runner control valve needed to be replaced. They gave us an estimate of $1600+ . We took the estimate to several other mechanics in town to see if that was justifiable. None of them could justify the price they were charging us. I researched the prices for parts which total $150. Labor to do the job should only be at most $500. So for a job that should not cost more than $700 they are charging us $1700. Whenever we question them on the price, they always have so sort of explanation and ignore our complaint.

      If you aren't buying a new car then they don't want your business. The salesman was great but when it came time to make a deal, the manager didn't even bother to look at our trade in or make an effort. It's a shame because we weren't looking, we were buying and had cash. So we went someone else and won't bother with them ever again.

      Excellent and very up- front dealings with NO pressure salesmanship. I only regret that there are no other dealers that I have dealt with as fair in the area. I am not insinuating that others are not up-front only those I have personally dealt with, which are few and my dealings have been out of our Farmville area.The dealership has treated me and my wife in fair and honest situations in the past- not all as I wished for in the end bit were fair!

      First of all I would like to say that the young lady that sold us our car was *********************, she was absolutely amazing and let us lead the way as to how our car buying experience went, she was also very down to earth and when it came down to selecting which vehicle we were going to buy she only gaves us facts and then let us make the decision. The second thing about ********************* that really impressed us was that she was down to earth and not pushy at all, which made the car buying experience even more enjoyable and ever after buying the car she still returns phone calls and speaks to us as if we are still her Customer! I would also like to say that my family is not easy as we are from ******* and pretty much speak our minds and just let thing flow out of our mouths! A really big Thanks to ***** for being an amazing person and representing Haley's in a manner that would make someone want to come back EVERY TIME!! YOU ROCK *****!! The Seond person we had the pleasure of coming into contact with in our car buying experience was *******************, **** fought for us to get the car we wanted and he got it done. We can't say Thank you enough ****!! Finally that finance ******, ********************************* let me tell you this guy is comical and very personable and boy did he get harrassed by my mom for keeping us at the dealership for so long, she was pressing him and pressing him that he owed us Dinner. ****** explained everything in great detail and answered question with facts and documentation to back up those facts!! Lastly I would just like to say a big thanks to the entire Haley's team in Farmville for their outstanding customer service and dedication to their customers, I hope this continues throughout our relationship with this dealership!!

      2nd time having a problem with this dealership. The first time, I took my car for an oil change and the filter was never changed which caused problems to my car. I called and spoke with the service manager who denied that any of the mechanics would do such a thing. Obviously it was not done or the auto connection mechanics would not have told me that was the issue. Just recently took my car there for a state inspection, my car passed inspection. Appointment was at 1:30pm and I did not get my car back until around 3:30pm. The very next morning I notice a squealing noise coming from my car. I was on the way to the store with my 2 young daughters and I hear a loud pop, my wheels lock up, my car shuts down and starts overheating. I break down at a stop light in the middle of town with my kids in the car. I called the service manager at haley auto & he denied any mechanics physically touching my car to inspect it. He insisted I get my car towed to the dealership so they can “take a look at it” because that’s all they can do about it. He was very rude and careless and continuously denied any wrong-doing while servicing my car. The service receptionist was also very rude and made it well known, that they do not care of customers concerns or safety.

I have spoken to Todd (our service manager) about your concerns. I am sorry you are having problems with your car. After reviewing your repair order, most likely the overheating issue you are having is a result of the low coolant level that was discovered by our technician and you were advised of during your visit. This is documented on your paperwork. Having said that, we would be happy to take a look at your vehicle and see if there is a possibility that anything we looked at during your state inspection could have caused the issue you are having.
