    My mother, ********************* was laid to rest in April of 2021 is Sunset Memorial Gardens. Shortly after, we ordered a memorial bench which arrived 2 yrs ago today. The bench arrived with a chip in it. When I reached out to the office, I was told that the were completely aware and they were working on getting a replacement. Thereafter, after a few months I would try to follow up with ********************, who would always state production is behind and not to worry. Then back in January 2023, after my brothers and sisters getting involved, *** then stated she didnt know what happen but somehow the bench company lost our order and it had to be reordered. So again we remained patient because we put our trust in her. We reached out again in April and May until Toy just stopped responding and wouldnt have contact with us. I then called in July and after leaving several messages, the manager, *************************** finally called me back. She explained that the bench company refused to send another one (in which I dont understand because I was told it was under warranty and the bench arrived like that) and that she had to resort to another vender. Again she stated please give them 4 more weeks. I did, and still heard nothing after 4 weeks. Texted ******** again 2 weeks ago and she apologized and said sorry she had been busy with all her husbands medical needs but the bench will be here Sept 29. Well here it is Sept 29th and Ive received no word. She has ignored my messages today even though she insisted I contact her personally on her cell phone. At this point I have zero patience and I need this taken care of now. I have never in my life been strung along for so long and constantly given the run around . Im over the excuses. My brother reached out to the Regional Manager and she hasnt responded back. *** contacted the number on their website only to be told they will relay the message and still have yet to have anyone call me. I want the bench replaced as promised.
