    On May 28th I booked an app. with salon voss. I explained that I wanted to fix the color of my hair cause my roots were way lighter than the rest of my hair. The stylist, *******, said it would take a few sessions to get my hair to the color i was going for & I understood that but she definitely told me that she could at least get the hair to flow together and not be multiple colors. She quoted me a price of a little over $300 yet when I checked out it was over $400. She had done bleach foils on my entire head and didn't let it develop with the same amount of time for both sides of my hair. The whole time other stylist kept telling me to trust the process which made me even more nervous. Then she applied a darker color on my hair so I didn't see the need of bleaching all of my hair just to use a darker color. I feel like it was an unnecessary step and they did it to charge me more. I knew that when they do this to your hair they don't really know exactly how it will turn out which again I understand. I between all of this I had a different stylist wash my hair then someone else dry my hair. I felt it was a rushed process then they would just leave me to sit there and wait for my stylist to come back. I did not feel comfortable at all. Then when she finished I did love how it turned out. Well not even a week later my hair had changed colors. My roots was one color, the front pieces of my hair is very dark and the rest of my hair is a mixture of brown blonde and redish. I understood that when doing my hair it could turn out different but it turned out good and then less than a week later it lost all the color and it looked worse than when I went in there. I have talked to the manager and the owner and the owner was extremely rude and said that he didn't see anything wrong yet I think if you pay that much money for a service and it's a service then it should be done correctly or fixed. I am so upset they refuse to do anything they refuse to apologize it's traumatizing

    ********-On 8/10/23 Wow.. All I have to say. I used to love Salon Voss. Today I was told Im never allowed back to any of their salons again as I was literally in tears. I was so excited to get FULL blonde highlights, a noticeable difference and was told Id get just that. After leaving my kids for about 6 hours in the salon I came out with my hair looking darker and balling my eyes out. I was nice in letting them know that it was not what I wanted, and not what I was told Id be getting. No one was rescheduling for it to get fixed because they had to run it by the owner & the owner wanted me to pay full price. I was fine with paying full price as long as they could reschedule to fix... I even let them know. The blonde highlights were supposed to LIGHTEN my hair, not darken. Ladies who did my hair were nice, and I understand mistakes happen thats why I wished they couldve fixed it. The manager was on the phone yelling at me saying You didnt get a consultation so it was basically all my fault that it wasnt done right. Then ******** who was in the vehicle with him, told me I was never allowed back at any of their salons. For what? Sticking up in a respectful way for myself and just stating it was darker than what was told? After they told me its free, never come back again.. I wanted to tip the girls who were working on my hair for their time and all. When the owner or husband of ******** I believe is named ***, realized I was there wanting to tip them he told the receptionist I wasnt allowed to tip the girls theres no reason to and that I needed to leave. (My hair did lift and I have proof that it was lifting fine. After they rinsed out the bleach and put the toner on it darkened. We did have a consultation before and spoke about my hair and wanted results, just didnt do a test strand. Even your receptionist was upset with how you spoke to ****** shared this with others & have heard many other terrible things about ******** and **** management.

    There are a lot of untruths within your reviews.  Anyone can see that a business would not ask someone not to come back unless there was a good reason.  If we are such a bad salon why are you so worried about not being able to return?
