    Originally made two appointments for myself and my daughter. Mine was canceled last minute due to the stylist becoming sick which was an understandable reason. I wasnt offered an opportunity for another appointment. My daughter went for her first color experience and it was a disaster. 5 hours. At one point she wondered if her hair was going to be over processed. The stylist at one point was working on two customers and left my daughter to cry in frustration. The stylist hardly spoke to my daughter and was often checking her work with another stylist. I was called well before the service was done asking for payment. (The color was only just applied to her hair) I kindly advised I would pay immediately when service was complete and I did. My daughter said she felt like she was prevented from leaving and was spoken to unprofessionally by no less than Four staff members even though I made payment immediately upon receipt of the text and confirmation by my daughter the work was done. If only by a few minutes she was prevented from leaving. This is ridiculous. We wont be going back. I saw another similar review online from a year ago. I feel bad for the stylists and customers.

    If you are thinking on getting your hair done with them THINK TWICE, DONT DO IT! Second picture was sent to them via email before hand as an idea of style wanted; the other pictures is what we got. I was told that it was going to take 45 min to an hour. Spent a hour and a half waiting for my daughter when I decided to go in and check on her. To my surprise ****** (the stylist) had no clue what she was doing. She did not had the skills to do something like that. After I asked what was happening, and many excuses from the stylist she decides to say that she was not going to be able to achieve what we wanted. Not only that, nothing was done to resolve the issue. Nothing! The braid was poorly done and the ponytail was falling apart. It was a complete disaster! Nobody in the salon pitched in to help with my daughters hair, but everyone made sure to make me feel bad by looking at me and my daughter and gossip between them. There was no accountability. The owner should be ashamed of letting a stylist do something that they are not ready for. No owner or manager came to talk or apologize to me, only the lady at front desk; they just decided not to charge. It was very unprofessional. I was left to go home and fix it my self. All of this was for my daughters prom. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, VERY DISAPPOINTING, THINK TWICE AND DONT DO IT!

    Had color and extensions done at this salon. after a a 3 weeks period of going back and forth because I did not get what I paid for, I decided I would not be giving them any more chances to damage my hair or keep trying to fix their mistake any further. I have never heard of anyone that had to go to a salon this many times for one service. I paid over 2k for everything and I asked for a refund for the color and was expecting at the least an apology. After informing the manager I would come in to speak to him in person since he was being horribly rude on the phone, Instead properly communicating I got the owner of this business telling me and I quote NO ONE GIVES A SH*T ABOUT YOU, STEP A FOOT IN MY SALON AND WILL CALL THE COPS.I am being as short as I can there is many details to the story. I have shared the full version and so many people have came forward about his treatment. I dont want anyone else going through this so I am supporting each and every one of them to also write about their experiences and file complaints about their experiences.
