      VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALWAYS WAITING HOURS IN SERVICE FOR NO SERVICE EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT. ALWAYS END UP WALKING OUT AND GETTING RUN AROUND. IT'S WHEN IT'S MORE CONVENIENT FOR THEM. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS. WASTING PEOPLES TIME.

      ************ We have your last visit with us more than a month ago, and our records indicate that your service was completed in about 1 hour for the oil change. While we always strive to do better, our appointment process is such that we ask if you are waiting or leaving the vehicle with us. Waiters are set up so that the work can be completed in about 1 hour, while drop offs give us some flexibility. If that distinction was not offered at that time, we do apologize for that. We will work to improve that expectation in the future.

      Please double check your contract and ask the finance department to explain EVERYTHING. We tried to ask, but he seemed irritated he had to explain anything. I realized the document we signed at the dealership & the document that was emailed to me had an almost $***** difference. Additional optional coverage was added on to the contract after we had signed it. ASK THE QUESTIONS.They also changed my review on ******** from "don't recommend" to "recommend", & then wouldn't let me re-post the original review.

      Full disclosure was given in the finance office electronically, we also contacted our customer on 2-21-2024, and offered to re contract without the products purchased.Customer has accepted the offer to re-contract, that will take place today, 2-22-2024.Also of note, we do not have access to change reviews online.Hope this brings this matter to a close.

      Went to this dealership for an oil change and state inspection after an hour the shop advisor tried to get me to get them to replace brakes and told me I had a leak in upper radiator hose which I knew so I declined both offers after another hour I got a text telling me my service was complete so I paid and left I drove 3 blocks and smelled coolant so pulled into Wawa opened the hood and the hose connector had been snapped off and the hose had been tucked up against the front latch spring. There is no way this happened naturally. My complaint is they allowed me to leave saying service complete with a situation that could easily cost me my vehicle as if I hadnt stopped immediately at the Wawa my engine could have burned up as all coolant had been blown out of radiator. I know this was done by mechanic as I and a friend had looked at the car before taking it to the dealership and thats how I knew about a small crack in hose connector that was a slight leak. Also they wanted to charge me ****** for the repair at which I declined at Wawa I got daughter to come pick me up went to auto zone hot new part replaced on my own for under ***** plus antifreeze
