This company was contracted by my insurance company to tow my car from a tow lot to the repair garage. The *** was requested on Friday by my insurance company and it was not completed until Wednesday afternoon. I was originally told it would take 1-2 days. The 1st Class Towing company was contacted by myself or my husband 6 times during the days it took to get them to pick up the car. Each time we spoke to this company, we were told a different, later, time that the job would be completed. On one occasion, we were told the driver was 20 minutes from the tow lot to pick up the car. They never arrived. The driver also told our insurance company that the reason the car had not yet been picked up was because the tow lot owner was insisting on cash payment. My insurance company and I spoke to the *** lot owner who denied that was the case. Just one of the many excuses told by 1st Class Towing about why they were not completing the job they had been contracted by my insurance company to do.
