            American Eagle investments is the most unprofessional the most racist rental company ever. So if youre black or white please do not rent fromThe property manager Tes Dumalagan Is a b**** and a very unprofessional property manager Who needs to be fired.. They never return calls /emails.. My mom lived at ************************** its a connecting duplex thats in the Westend for over 25 years mind you that is a long a** time to be living in an apartment lol they only manage that property for over probably 7 years mind you my mom lived there before they took over the property they never wanted to fix anything when my mom requested for repairs my mom had a carpet in that house for over 25 years even after they went up on her rent when she asked the owner ********************************* can he replace it they told her NO she also had cracks in the foundation from a earthquake that we had in 2011 they refuse to repair that as well and the only thing they ever fixed was my moms kitchen floor and The bathroom floor ????????? She also asked them can they replace her appliances that were in the home originally when she first moved in around **** basically the owner never wanted to fix anything my mom been there for 25 years always pay her rent on time and they know they never had a problem out of her and then we had a problem with a racist bigot neighbor named ************************* and because **** kept calling the rental office complaining about a utility shed with my dogs in it and also told them people was living in it which was falsely untrue my dogs was living in it temporarily until I moved within six months mind you there were not hurting anybody never made any noise and they were never in the home . The owner decide that they did not want to renew my moms lease because they decided to believe the next-door neighbor because my mom is black and the neighbor is white they decided they didnt want to hear anything that my mom had to say mind you that nothing stated in her lease that she couldn
