    I am honestly amazed that this company can stay in business. After talking with a CSR, I learned: 1) they knowingly electronically distribute leases and lease offers with a false due dates; 2) even those customers who have arranged WITH SOUTHVIEW for a monthly auto-draft will still receive notices EVERY MONTH saying that their payment is overdue if the auto-draft date is on the 2nd or 3rd of the month; 3) even though we presented proof of renter's insurance before the lease period began, three months later we are still being billed monthly for insurance, and then later receiving a refund for that amount; 4) they say that a certain notice was emailed out to all residents and guarantors. I asked them to forward me a copy of that email. Several searches of all my folders (including spam and trash), using various keywords from that email, turned up nothing.
