            April 17/18 of 2024 I called Steven Nissan in Harrsionburg Va for a 2018 NISSAN JUKE. I spoke w/ a dealer & he stated the juke was not ready. It was well under 10,000 w/in my budget. The dealer told me to hold on a min. he came back with a offer for thee Nissan Kicks 2024. It was well over my price range but I trusted them to put me in a reliable vehicle to carry kids in as well. Something fun. They delivered the vehicle after a warranty of 3,000 miles, I suggested 1,000 DP to be a good customer. After a few days the vehicle started stalling & no acceleration I took it back. I told them it may be ALTERNATOR, COILS, STARTER, Battery, Fuel Pump. They said it was the air filter & dirt getting clogged. I took the Nissan kicks home & it started again the same day I returned. They sold me a lemon at this point cause The vehicle keeps cutting off even at left/right turns. I had to put it in park than shift to drive with a jerk to go. I returned the vehicle again & I wanted another vehicle. they tried to put me in something else w/ more money down, no cars ready for inspection. They gave me a rental & fixed the vehicle w/ a alternater. Til this day the vehicle still stalls & I have to keep doing the same thing over and over. They claim I shouldnt have a problem. They rejected my 90 no payment plan offer in their advertisment.. This vehicle has no MOTOR COVER as well. Cant get the TRANSMISSION STICK OUT, STALLS, JERKS & A HARD SHIFT ON HILLS W/ Transmission issues This vehicle is not worth 20,000 Dollars & I feel My Payments should decrease with a Rebate and a No 90 day payment. Im scared to drive anywhere. I dont even have 500 miles on it since it was purchased. My Insurance Doubled and I cant afford to pay 20,000 for a vehicle that doesnt drive with relability..

            Take your money and RUN like ****! Bought a 2018 Jeep Renegade with low mileage on Nov 3, 2023. Brought the vehicle back complaint about the brakes, didn't drive right. found out the rotors, brakes, and sway bar were bad. I ask what are you going to do about that, haven't had the car but a few days, how did it just recently get inspected? The sales guy said they would pay half if I paid half. I said **** no, just paid almost $20,000.00, I shouldn't have to pay anything. He then said, for me to tell the bank that the vehicle was like a "rocket" it was great, I said, no I am not lying. I told the bank about the vehicle, they said don't do anything till it is fixed. the salesperson said it would be fixed before Thanksgiving, then it was the first of December. I drove 2 hours up to Harrisonburg again, he begged me to tell the bank everything was good, and it would be fixed. Will he didn't know it, but I recorded it even though I can't use it in court and at least people can hear it. So, I told the bank it was ok, to try to get it fixed. Will it be Jan 8, 2024., it has not been fixed. Beware of charges, I know what a GAP charge of 1200 is for but what is a wheel and tire of 1200 for? What? I have to pay for the tires, or did you just charge me 2400 for the GAP? I used to buy vehicles from this dealership but no more, I don't know what has happened over the years it has gone downhill, and it is sad because at one time it was a good place to buy a vehicle. I hope the sales guy and the guy who did the financing can sleep well because if I lied that much, I would be afraid to close my eyes of face the devil himself.
