My problem is that my **************** does not work every other week it goes out from anywhere from 1 to 7 days I keep getting the runaround they keep fried tell me that its working they dont know why its not at my house but its working everywhere else every time I come in there they got more s*** with them than a Christmas turkey Im tired of paying for services that Im not getting I feel as if theyre just a scamming **************** and Im sorry but every other company out there when something is provided to them and its not working and theyre paying for it monthly there should be a refund for it not working these people dont give two rats ***** about refunding your money for something that doesnt work when youre paying a monthly fee for it. I would not recommend this company to anybody not even my worst enemy and you best believe I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau in regards to poor customer service and fraudulent activity. If you would like to throw your money away for services that you will not get let me know and I will open my pocket but other than that do not get this company for any type of services whatsoever..Business Response

My internet service stopped working May 13th. Sure Site tech support did not answer the phone or return my call. On June 1st, my credit card was charged for another month of service. At that point, I attempted to call tech support and sales, with no answer. I emailed the office and billing addresses requesting my service be canceled and I be refunded for the days that service was not provided. I did not receive a response. On July 1st, my credit card was again charged for another month of service. I emailed Sure Site again and contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Now I am trying to use my modem, which was purchased upfront from Sure Site, on another carrier and I am unable to obtain a device unlock code from **** because, according to ****, the device is not paid off yet.Customer Answer

Sure site provides our home wireless internet service. My complaint is their poor customer service. Over the past few years weve had a few issues and its next to impossible to get in touch with them. At the end of last week our internet connectivity was basically unavailable. I called and left a message but got no response. I reset my device which wiped out all the security settings and the instructions they gave me to change these settings are incorrect. I now have an unsecure network and am unable to process any financial transactions because of the lack of security. I have sent an email and left 5 or 6 voicemail messages with no response. The sure site hot spot device we have, has stopped working 2 months ago. They reached out and said that they would send us a new box. After a month and no new box, we have tried to call multiple times with no success. We have left 3 or 4 voicemails as well. Nobody has reached out to return our call or to correct this situation. In the meantime, we have been billed $120 monthly for a service we have not received. We need a new box sent out as soon as possible and credits to our account.Customer Answer

In March of 2022 I contacted Sure Site to set up an account to get internet with them. I live in a rural area and was unhappy with what service we were using. My neighbor told us about Sure Site and that he loved it. So I called and asked some questions and signed up. We received the equipment and set it up no problems. Everything was great for about the first 2 weeks. Then service was spotty for about a week, then device said error. After calling several times a day for about 2 days (and left multiple non returned messages) someone answered the phone. Described what was going on and said oh you need a new SIM card, yours has gone bad. They will only use the **** to send out equipment, so it took over a week to get new SIM card. Installed new sim card and had only spotty service. The service never was like it was the first 2 weeks. Thought maybe weather related due to storms . Then about 3 weeks ago the device said no service. After calling multiple times a day and leaving messages that were never returned, same person answered and I explained what was happening. He stated oh yeah your device is faulty, we will send you a new one. This only took 2 days to receive. Service not good and could not load any streaming app. Called to speak with someone and to this day no one has called me. I probably called 10 to 15 times a day that week all throughout the day. No one answered or called me back. I finally called May 20th at the end of the day and left a message stating I wanted to cancel my account with them and would appreciate a call to confirm, at the least an email . I explained that I felt like I was being scammed and the equipment faulty. Still no response from anyone. And because they require automatic payments, I went to my bank to stop payment to ensure that I would not be charged for service that I was not receiving. I do wish I had looked on your website before signing up. Reading the other complaints felt like they were speaking word for word my issues.Initial Complaint

I have been with this company since 2018. Unfortunately I am in a rural area so my choices are limited. I have had no service (internet) for about a month now. The company is auto charging me but won't answer calls, won't return messages, etc. As I search I found many reviews of customers with the same issues. Some have even indicated the company locks the doors when a customer tries to come in. I need assistance in resolving the issues, closing the account (I can't even do that without talking to them), and getting a refund (for as many inconvenience months as possible). This is not the first outage. Last year they shut EVERY customer off without notice. They have poor business practices.Initial Complaint

This company provides our internet service. Our service has been poor for at least a week. I have contacted the company numerous times and have not received any reply. I am beyond frustrated- we live in a rural area and this is our only source of internet.
