  As the owner of a historic home, finding the right team to handle repairs can be a daunting task. However, my experience with Perimeter Roofing has been nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, they demonstrated an unparalleled level of expertise, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring the restoration of my wife and I’d property was executed flawlessly. Zach ****** and Michael ****, the repair specialists from Perimeter Roofing, immediately impressed me with their deep understanding of the unique challenges associated with historic properties. They are true artisans. Their knowledge and skill were evident as they meticulously addressed each issue, ensuring that the integrity of my home was preserved throughout the repair process. What truly set Zach and Michael apart was their unwavering commitment to excellence. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the multi-month project was handled with care and precision. It was evident that they took personal ownership of the project, treating my our home as if it were their own. In addition to Zach and Michael's exceptional work, I must commend the site supervisor, Keenan *********. Keenan played a vital role in overseeing the roof replacement, providing invaluable support and guidance every step of the way. Throughout the entire project, everyone at Perimeter Roofing maintained the highest level of professionalism. From their communication to their workmanship, they exceeded my expectations at every turn. While the restoration of a historic property can be a significant investment, I can confidently say that Perimeter Roofing provided unparalleled value. Their attention to detail, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident in every aspect of their work. I cannot recommend Perimeter Roofing highly enough. Their exemplary service, combined with their passion for preserving the integrity of historic homes, makes them the ideal choice for any project.

  I would advise that NO one ever use Perimeter!!! It was an awful experience from beginning to end!!!! It seems like they would want to do the job right the first time so they would not have to come back over and over. It is too many problems to type, that I encountered. My advice is pay a little more for a job and company that does it correctly!!!! They also have been charged and convicted of using subcontractors that do not have a license, which is illegal in the state of Virginia. OSHA came to job sight first day, which none of the crew was wearing or had any type of safety equipment!!!! There were women walking around on top of roof, as well as the two men that were doing the job. I have never dealt with a company so incompetent as Perimeter!!!! Just to clarify, I do not give this company any stars at all for the review, but it made me do at least one before I could submit!!!

  Perimeter Roofing's demonstrated expert technical knowledge of roof damage and their commitment to this customer was unparalleled. Without their experience and knowledge I know our roof would not have been replaced because others failed or did not want to spend the time investigating like Perimeter. That was a commitment to the customer above the others. The job was on time and everything they represented it would be including clean up and follow up. One shingle was out of place, sticking up a bit over a week later and they got up there and fixed it. They handled registration of the warranty and all paperwork transparently. I can only say we were completely satisfied and we would recommend them for any roof issues.

  I still am waiting on $89 refund for roofing mistake where a piece of plywood was put over my almost new heat pump and thankfully safety switch kept it from burning up. I did however have to get my AC company out on a day in the 80s to get it going again and was assured by Perimeter that my $89 charge I paid would be reimbursed. That was in Aug and now it is OCT and despite a half a dozen calls I still do not have my $89.00 back.
