      my car is still under the 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. i found mold in the carpet of the car. as soon as the car arrived on their lot, they called and informed me that they would need to charge a $495 diagnostic fee. this seemed highly suspicious and i called corporate gmc right away. the gmc rep said that they should not be doing that and that they would contact the dealer. in the meantime, i wrote a negative review on yelp and the service manager called right away and tried to explain the $495 charge but his main task was to convince me to remove the negative review. they were unable to find the source of the water leak so they charged me $495. in my view, i paid $495 for koon's incompetence to find the leak and gmc's incompetence of assembling a car. how the customer is left hold the crap is beyond me...

      We never charged the customer 495.00 and have spoken with the customer with regard to the matter. We believe that this complaint was resolved weeks ago.

      I took my Cadillac *** to Joyce Koons GMC Manassas for repairs. The car had to be returned to the shop 3-4 times and it still does not start. My car has been sitting in front of my house unable to be driven because it will start when jumped but after sitting for a day the car will not start. My original problem for taking the car to Koons was because it would not start. After paying more than $3K for repairs my car is still sitting. I would like to either get my money back or have Joyce Koons GMC get my car up and running. Prior to taking my car there I thought I had a battery problem. I purchased a ***** *** **** battery, it died I got it replaced, that died then I went to ******** **** and purchased a battery. Eventually took the car to Koons to see what was wrong. They diagnosed the car needed a new brain...and a radiator....cost lots of money and my car still isn't running. I need them to make the problem right so that I can put my car back on the road. I will supply supporting documents when needed for this complaint.
