    A huge Thank you to our Salesman Wilson B**** for making things super easy and had us in and out in a little over 2 hours and the detailing took a hour of that. If you are looking for a new ford at a great deal check them out and ask for Wilson B**** or if he isn’t available ask for Gavin G******* who was super to talk to while we waited. So if you want a Great dealership with the lowest pricing and great selection in the DMV check our Ourisman Ford in manassas

    Absolutely the worst. Do not walk away from this dealership run from this dealership. After buying a ****** here new and purchasing the extended warranty for 10 years ******* miles, I brought it in for a routine oil change. I picked up the car after the service and it now had an engine noise "tick tick tick tick . Brought it back and asked them to look into it the noise they kept the car for two days. When I called to follow up the response was was given was that the ticking noise was normal.Funny thing is that the car had no noises or ticks when I brought it in for service and now it had one? The service manager was super rude and assured me the noise was normal. I explained that it didn't have a noise before I brought it in and now it has one. Just wasn't there I have been driving it since new. I asked for them to please look into it. Again he was very rude told me I should take the car someplace else for a second opinion? WOW! Honestly that is terrible thing to do to a customer. I bought the car new from them bought there extended warranty that was not cheap and was told to go some place else. "Incredible" Please do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from this dealer they will not stand by you after your check clears. I have a ******* mile warranty so I will get this sorted eventually but I will have to find another **** dealer to take it to. Thought I would post this and save you the heartache. Again run!

    I's sorry we were unable to meet your expectations. I would be more than happy to have one of our senior master technicians take another look at it. The engine is covered for 5 years or ****** miles so you would not need to use your extended warranty if there is an issue. Our service manager recommended getting a second opinion since you didn't agree with our diagnosis.

    I was quoted a price for a used vehicle and the day before my purchase was scheduled, they called me and said the price given was too low and they were changing the price. I think this is false advertising

    Bought new **** Bronco Sport in July 2023 and when I took it in to get its first service (oil/tire rotation) the service folks couldnt do the tire rotation since there were wheel locks, which I was not made aware of when purchansing the vehicle. No wheel lock key was provide or left in the vehicle. When reaching out to the individual who I worked with at Ourisman (*************************) when purchasing the vehicle, I received NO RESPONSE.So now I am left with trying to extract this wheel lock bunch of idiots over there

    On 10-21-21 My truck was towed to Ourisman Ford which at the time was Battlefield Ford. The truck had fire damage due to my own recklessness. After receiving my truck back on 1-26-22 I quickly started to notice that many things were overlooked. I took the truck back to service department and we went over the issues and to my understanding ordered all parts necessary. Because of the Covid issues it was understood that this would take some time. After almost eight months of periodicaly checking in to check status I called on 11-2-22. The phone was answered by Emily Thiem and I was informed that the gentleman I was working with no longer worked there. I proceede to explain the reason form my call and was informed that they had no record of any parts being ordered and I would need to come in to start over. I showed up on 10-9-22 with all records I had to help the situation. Emily is new to this department and was struggling to help. So Glenn H****** sitting next to her chimes in and states you need to leave the truck. I have now accepted most of the items that needed to be repaired and have had my guys detail it twice. So I was kindly trying to explain to Glenn leaving it with him would not do much good I could show him the few issues I can't live with and we could order parts. This escalated to I am not doing anything if your adjuster can't come down here and I get paid before anything is ordered. I explained I am still in contact with insurance company and claim is open. I then explained that money should not be the issue as I would be happy to give him a credit card. At one point I asked him if I should go out to ********** **** in Culpeper to see if they have any records and I was told I don't care where you take your truck. I thought after 360k in past purchaces and 200k on order that was an odd way to treat a long term customer. I was then told we are Ourisman now welcome to Corporate America.
