      I trusted them to do the underground leak and they overcharged me and the failed the Maryland county inspection and I called them several times and they didn't respond to do the inspection and I paid them 12, 000 dollars and the Maryland water company still charged me 1000 dollars...they stressed me out and never use them again. Terrible company and save your money and energy. I am considering to get a lawyer, let me know if you know a good lawyer who specializes on these. Thanks

      A pressure reduction water valve leak developed in my basement. The technician replaced it in addition to a three foot length connecting pipe. The work took two hours. The bill was over $2100. I asked for an itemized invoice showing labor and material costs. The company customer serrvice representatve stated they only have flat rate charges for different repairs.

      My opinion My Plumber should NEVER be used....was charged more than $600 p/hr labor to replace 2 simple fixtures....

      On 07 October 2023, I discovered that my pressure safety device on the main intake water line in my basement was leaking. The My Plumber Plus plumber performed the work. I paid $2,180.00. for three tasks.The invoice does not itemize between labor costs ad material costs. There was a flat charge assessed for each item repaired or replaced. I am disappointed. I think the company should be transparent regarding what the labor and material charges are.

      Update (from my original google review): 8/23/2023 Just spoke with a customer service representative from My Plumber Plus, her name was Candace. From her quick search within their system, she indicated the Flange replace/repair should have been included within my original quote of $780. So why was the technician trying to add the additional repair when it was already included? And why was it going to be an additional $200 - $600 when it should be around $45 - $165? She also sent me my invoice; and according to the invoice, the $540 I already paid does include the replacing/resetting a toilet— which has not been done. She feels this is a mistake of communication but we will see. She also put a request in for the their plumber service manager to follow-up with me.

      Tech came out to do courtesy check on HVAC and took pictures and sent them to my email. I know nothing about an HVAC system.. But he could've explained whathe took pictures of. Had he told me I had mold in my HVAC unit I would've had it cleaned and sanitized but he said nothing.. Now I have to put out way more than planned.. Canceled my membership today

      It is really sad when a consumer is in need of good honest service. The service person comes out and does a half job in diagnosing the problem. We received an estimate and the estimate was not broken down how much the water heater would cost vs. labor when asked they informed us they don't do that. Well, to me that is not right and leaves the customer with alot of unknown questions. We were not given the option to purchase a different water heater they immediately went for the 3,000 plus water heater with additional add-ons. Where is the good customer service? Does not exist with this company. To add the icing on the cake I received a call from Connie and she was following up on the visit yesterday and I said I was angry and her immediate response eel...You are and she hung up the phone this call is documented on my cell the time, caller info etc. I have NEVER had someone be so disrespectful and moreover if they are representing the brand to act in such an unprofessional manner. I clearly want my fee of $50.00 back. Needless to say WE won't be using there service at all. Thoroughly disgusted.

      Leaking pipe in sink drain. The plumber asked where the water cut off valve was . We showed him. He told us they would have to cut through the tile in the wall. AND install a water pressure regulator. Reminder: this is for a drain. And we have a water pressure regulator. He gave an estimate over $1000. We said no thanks, and paid the$49 estimate fee. My husband took a chance, bought replacement pipes and fixed the problem for $25. No holes in the wall, and gravity is doing it's job with the water in the drain. These guys a crooks.

      On 5/2/2023 A Plumber arrived at my house to disconnect my kitchen sink. He literally unscrewed the drain pipe with his hand then uncrewed 2 screws to the garbage disposal. He did not even unhook the water lines to the sink. I was told that the price would include the reconnection as well to be done after a new sink was in place. The plumber charged us $340 and then qouted us an additional $528 for the reconnect. When I called My Plumber to find out why I was told something totally different from the peson who booked the appointment and the plumber, the woman that answered was extremly rude and trying to over talk me. It baffles me that businesses like My Plumber are more into ripping of consumers then building long term business relationships built on fair pricing, upfront disclosures and professional responses to consumer disputes. I hope that $340 was worth every penny to a disgrace of a company not worthy of doing business in our communities.

      Late March 2023, I was contacted by technician Peter, who informed me that he had just condemned the furnace on my property and that the AC unit also had a crack. He immediately via phone walked me through a contract for over $15,000 to replace both the furnace and AC. As I own the property and it is occupied by tenants, I asked him if he had asked the tenants if the appliances had malfunctioned, "were they cold" or if the carbon monoxide detectors had gone off. He replied, "he did not know because he did not ask them". This all left me inconvenienced because, I could not leave the tenants w/o heat/air. Totally removing my opportunity to comparison shop, get competing bids on the job etc. This was very incomprehensible to me that a company that I'd be with a few years would arbitrarily do this! I explained this to their Business Manager Debbie Cowgill via email, she apologized and offered to re-imburse me $500.00 and a 1/yr. Service Agreement for free. I'm still waiting on both these offers. It would surprise me to receive either. As I begun to research My Plumber more, I've found quite a few unhappy reviews and this sort of "pricing" thing has happened to others. I know longer have confidence in their services and feel preyed upon at the very least. While My Plumber did email me a copy of the $15,000 contract, I'm still awaiting the written details of the appliances and warranty for the new Furnace and AC unit. Either USPS or Email.
