      Jan/Feb 2023 - I first called PureHealth Research, LLC upon discovering my mother-in-law ordered three bottles of Ageless Brain. I explained she has dementia and did not remember ordering the product. I asked to return the bottles and confirmed the shipping address. I was told I would receive a full refund once the bottles were received. I was also told she had signed up for a recurring subscription online and that it would be canceled. I asked for assurance no additional supplements would be sent given her cognitive impairment. Fast forward two weeks and I discovered a new box of Ageless Brain supplements. This time the packing slip showed the cost to be $135 instead of $129 (the cost of the previous supplements). I phoned the company again only to learn that my previous call had not been documented. Nothing. They had no record of the call, the previous sale or return (which has not been credited to her card). Honestly, I don't know if the company is trying to take advantage of seniors with memory issues or if they are just incompetent. Regardless, they have charged my mother-in-law hundreds of dollars and shown themselves to be dishonest at worst and inept at best.

      Thanks for raising this concern. Upon checking the account already received a refund directly on the card that was used upon purchase. These are two orders made with different name that only differs in one letter in the name. The team tried to call the customer 2/10/2023 but there is no one answers thus leaving a voicemail.       On July 19, 2022, I ordered several health supplements from Pureheath Research for a total of $627.71, as shown on the attached copy of the sales receipt. The company offered a 365-day money-back guarantee on their products, as shown on the bottom of the file labeled thusly. On January 23, 2023, I requested a refund as per their guarantee and received a check in the mail for $596.12, which was short of the amount I paid. I contacted the company on February 7, 2023, regarding this discrepancy and was informed that they don't refund the sales tax after 90 days.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Over the years, I have had many occasions to obtain refunds for a variety of reasons on items I had purchased; in no case, was the sales tax not included in the refund. Thus, in the absence of any statement to the contrary on the seller's website, I had no reason to believe that the sales tax would not be included in the refund. Had the seller disclosed that fact, I probably would not have made the purchase. Thus, I believe that I am entitled to a refund of the sales tax.

      Since the customer's email response was not sent successfully; the next order was already shipped and delivered. I have successfully removed the order from our Subscribe and Save option and will no longer receive future shipments. For return or refund, the customer may contact us.

      This company collects customer's credit card#s and then rebills after few months of first transaction. A scammer. Luckily my **** card software was smart enough to identify it as fraudulent charge and sent me message to verify. A business like this one must be closed, immediately.

      Upon further investigation, the customer had an order back in October 2022 that he agreed to signed up for "Subscribe and Save" by the time the order was placed in the website for addition %10 discount.       In August 2022 I ordered and received 1 bottle of nerve supplement. In October 2022 I received 3 additional bottles on an automatic send for US $ 236.75 which I never requested nor authorized. I contacted Purehealth at ************* VA, spoke with a "****", who asked me to drop it in a mail box marked REFUSED, RETURN TO SENDER " and a debit refund would be issued I DID THAT ON THE SAME DAY I have been following up by calling very many times at he same # ************* but no one is answering that number anymore. I contacted the sender "*******" and was told that they have not received the returned package.

      I purchased a product named Nerve Regen (3 bottles) a couple months ago. My complaint is approximately 2 weeks ago I received another order costing $243 and some change that I did not order or open. I sent it back to the address on the package and I had still not received a credit to my Vise Card. I took a picture of the package before giving it to the *** employee. I feel this is a scam and I have informed my bank at ***** *********************** to stop payment to Purehealth Research. Please help. Upon reviewing, a refund has already been applied in the order back in December with the same card that was used at that time. Please check with the issuing bank if you haven't received the refund.       Order5ed 12/1/22 from Pure Health.com Order# PHR-******** Tracki***ng# **** ************************** Amount Paid: $159.30 (3 bottles of 60.Est. Delivery 3-5 business days. Items not received as of 12/19/2022 Phone attendants (I've made 4 calls) tell me that the order has been shipped, but cannot give me tracking information. They refuse to expedite a new shipment unless I pay again and will not let me talk to their supervisor. I am now out of product. They are cold and unyielding when I ask for consideration They have product, but I can't seem to get it. No problem with product, just trouble getting it.

      The remaining 56.16 USD check refund was already requested on 11/22 after the agent verified to the customer whether he has a ****** account for easier transfer of refund or if he will stay with the original check refund option. Customer agreed with the check and it was mailed on 12/01 which should take around 7 days for it to be delivered. Next day check delivery is not yet an option as the standard that we have is at least 7 days.

      I made a phone order for Liver Health pills from PUREHEALTH Research. The price was $49 per bottle. They offer you more products if you spin the wheel. I did and got a 150% discount. They say your are savings $138 but don’t explain that you are spending $138 over your original order to get the extra products. Attached is the emailed receipt for Oct 17th. I did not get a chance to check my email for awhile and then I first noticed the huge charge on my bank statement several weeks later. I wasn’t sure what it was at first. I have attached my receipt and all the offers and confusion that they talk about on the phone. I included my email listings because it looks different then the heading when I opened up the email. I will send back my 3 bottles of unused product if they send me my $138.00. Totally deceptive, I did not understand what they were saying and it seemed like I was getting a good deal with 150% discount and $138 discount. When I finished my transaction, other orders had been added without my knowledge or permission with a total of over $700. I have several checks outstanding on my checking account and I might not even have that much in my account. I want to cancel the order and have the money returned. I feel like I have been exploited.
