      Thank you for reaching us. Upon investigating, the customer had an order back in September with "Subscribe and save" for additional 10% discount on the order. This includes agreeing to have a auto shipment on future order. Please see attached photo for referrence with the first order in September and the agreement for Subscribe and save discount.       Ordered 1 bottle of nerve product, then it offered 3 bottles, and then I was charged for 6 bottles $ 206.32. I tried to cancel the order but there was not an option. I just got out of the order process. Today I was charged on the debit card $ 206.32. I called Pure Health research and was told the transaction did not go through. I checked my account and mu debit card was charged the $ 206.32. Very POOR company to deal with, very hard to understand the employees, language problem. I’m requesting a full refund of $ 206.32 because of very POOR business practices. *********************

      This company insists that I purchased a SUBSCRIPTION of Liver Pills from them in January 2023. I did not: I purchased 2 bottles of liver pills to see if they worked according to promotional information PureHealth had out on the internet. The pills did not do what the company promised. Three months later PureHealth sent me another order of pills which they billed me $94.54 for. I did not order these and now these robbers insist that I send the box of pills back to them at my cost. They claim that since I purchased a subscription they have the right to continue to bill me again and again for orders they initiate at will for these worthless products. I did not purchase a subscription and what they have done to me is totally illegal. It was their illegal activities responsible for this rip off and they should have to pay for this illegal shipment.

      I am rejecting this response because:it is a flat-out lie.  furthermore, your BBB i guess is requiring some form of a hand written paperwork to continue this illegal act on the business's part.  so your own protocols are not protecting the consumers like me that do not have the time or money to do this, while you sit in your nice comfortable offices thinking you are doing a great job.  You're not!

      3/23/22 I PURCHASE EXUBERANT AND LIVER HEATH THAT DID NOT WORK. I DID SEND THE UNUSED BOTTLES BACK TO THE COMPANY. AS STATED IN THERE RETURNED POLICY. I RECEIVED AN STATEMENT SAYING THEY TRIED TO PROCESS THE REFUND BACK TO MY CARD. AND WANTED MY PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT TO DEPOSIT MY REFUND.       Hi, thanks for reaching us. Upon reviewing, we tried to reach out the customer but we have not received any response. The order has been almost a year and we can no longer refund it directly using the mode of payment at that time thus options were provided.       Place order with this company on line which was acknowledged by them. I paid with a credit card $131.77 for three bottles of Ageless Brain pills. Order #PHR-1609400 was placed on 2/11/2023 and reported shipped on 2/13/2023. They provided tracking #************************** Spoke to Post Office today that advised this package was being transferred from *** to them for delivery and they have never received package. I have called Purehealth Research several times and talked to the representatives several times who never accept responsibility for not fulfilling the order. This company demands payment prior to shipping and does not show any responsibility for none fulfillment.

      Purehealth Research keeps sending me product that I did not order. They say that I subscribed to their program. I NEVER SUBSCRIBE TO ANY ON LINE products, services etc.I have tried contacting them by phone but their listed phone number does not work. If they keep it up I will report them to the FBI.They just sent me a shipping notice and I replied to the that they should not ship the product and if they put me on some sort of subscription service to take me off of it. We will see.

      Thank you for reaching us. Upon further investidation, the customer made an order back in January with " Subscribe and Save" for 10% and auto shipment promotion. But the subscription has been cancelled effectively on February 28th 2023. There will be no further order or future shipment on the customers account. Thank you.

      I purchased from Pure Health and only wanted 3 bottles. This company is deceiving I thought I was getting 50%off of my original order only to find out that they added 3 more bottles doubling what I was willing to spend. I didn't find out until AFTER they process the credit card. I see now that I am not the only one. They also give you 365 day return. No questions asked. I will be requesting that as there is no way to change the order until you receive it. Which is their mistake and now I have to get an RA number and go to *** to return. This should be illegal.

      Unable to reach company to cancel all future orders. They continue to send and bill me for bogus "herbs" that I tried and were dissatisfied with. They don't answer their phone and they don't have any customer service to arrange any kind of return or credit on their products. Please make them stop

      Upon checking, the Subscribe and Save option that the customer initially chose during the purchase of the first order is already cancelled on  02/22/2023. The customer will never receive anymore future shipments. As for ways of contacting us, we do have 3 different channels on which we communicate with our customers; we have calls, email and chats.

      Bought their products on January 11 and called them within a few hours and email to notify them I want to cancel my order. They agreed and never refunded me my money back. I never received any items from them. They are falsely advertising refund with no questions asked they asked a bunch of questions and still I have never received a refund, contacted them a couple times and have very vague answers saying will refund soon. False advertising

      The reason the refund was not submitted last January is because the customer filed a dispute with ****** that inable us to refund the order right away until the case has been closed. The customer already received a refund of the full amount of the order on March 02, 2023.
