Sam Hopkins at Done Deal Home Buyers of ************, Virginia for the pass year has been harassing me about buying my home. I have called and talked to the receptionist and I have ask to speak directly to Sam Hopkins and she says, he’s in a meeting. I feel like she is lying for him, and that he don’t want to talk to me…because I have called to speak with Sam Hopkins many times and he’s always in a meeting. So I am writing this review because this morning I goes to my mailbox and here I gets a post card out with a unauthorized picture of my property on a post card. First thing, they are saying they got my picture of my property off of a public website. It’s unauthorized. And my picture of my Home and Properties is NOT SUPPOSE TO BE on a public website. So I will be reporting this Harassment to the Police, The FBI, Homeland Security and if I have to take Sam Hopkins and the entire company to court I will do that too. Because my House I lives in is NOT FOR SALE and any of my other properties.

Hi ******,I am so sorry to have upset you. I have personally made sure that your name and address are taken off of our marketing list so that you will no long receive marketing from Done Deal Home Buyers. The image of your home is obtained from online, as we do not have the manpower to drive around to get pictures of everyone's home. We would never try and cross the line obtaining images that aren't public for legality and personal privacy reasons. I apologize that I was not available for you to get ahold of and I hope that this will clear the air for you. We understand that you want your privacy and are not looking to sell your home, and I respect that. I am sorry again for the miscommunication on our end!

Dear *******,Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Our marketing team generated a list of potential customers using specific criteria, which is why your name/address was included. Dear *******,I am happy to report I have taken the necessary steps to remove your name from our mailing list on your behalf. Although we have successfully removed your address from our internal system, it is important to note that we maintain a working relationship with a third-party marketing company. As a result, we have already transmitted lists to them for the upcoming quarter, which may or may not include your address. We kindly request your patience in this matter, as we have diligently processed your request and will take all necessary steps to ensure that any future marketing materials submitted will exclude your property. Best,****** ****** Operations Manager
