              Very disappointed with this company agreed on a price waited till 1 week before closing sent wire transfer documents for signature 2 days later then wanted us to agree to 30k less then pushed my fiance to sign off on the new price make sure to check reviews on all of these companies they will waste your time while you could be selling your home for its real worth

              Complete joke of a company! They reached out to me to buy a house I own, then when I didn't agree with their terms after they changed them 10 times and tried to pay less than originally agreed on, I was threatened with I was in a legally binding contract. So they finally agreed upon the initial offer that I was ok with, wasted my time, lied about how they were working with title company, and we had our friend move out that was living there, and now they won't even answer the phones. I see they are replying to all their reviews by saying they haven't worked with them, maybe we should start posting the "legally binding agreements" we all have.

              I had a rental property down in *******, VA that I couldn't handle any longer following the loss of my husband. I was so pleased with the polite interactions with this company. They kept me updated, stayed true to every promise and closed the deal very quickly. It's not often you meet people in this kind of business that are so open and honest. I highly recommend this team.
