I don't understand why the 411.info website has her listed living at a very old address in the following link:https://411.info/people/*******************-*********-**-******** Please remove my late mother's information from your website or at least correct her info:1861 ********************************************************* ************ or ************

      The company 411.info corp put my name, address and phone number on their site. I never asked to have my information on the site. I am expected to pay to have my name removed. The company also expects me to pay $1.00 to just contact someone at 411.info corp about my complaint.I think this is highly inappropriate.

      Need to remove 10 year old info from website and they want to charge 2.95 to remove it. I never asked it to be submitted to their website. This is unethical and I would like my information removed asap.

      My late father's information is listed on this company's page at https://411.info/people/*************************-*********-**-********.My father's passing info was submitted to the ******************** ********* ************************* Do Not Contact list on August 30, 2021 with confirmation # ******. This association waived the fee to report my father's passing and their job is to make sure his info is not sold for marketing purposes or to websites like 411.info. Yet here we are with my late father's info displayed online for everyone to see. Can he get some peace even after his passing?! I want my dead father's information removed from this website including any and all associated websites or data bases and i expect for any fees to be waived. If his info has not been removed within 30 days from the date on this report i will proceed legally and have consulted with an attorney on the legal avenues and charges that can be pursued in this matter. No, i won't pay to request to have my late father's info removed because neither him nor any of his POA's were asked whether we consented to have his info publicly posted on this company's website. The moment this company purchases and posts people's sensitive info without the express consent of the lawful data owner, the company assumes the full legal liability of being sued for misuse of personal identifiable information for a profit. Henceforth, i can hold 411.info liable for fraud and any and all other possible damages and request a hefty sum for such damages and pursue all avenues i may have legal access to.
