      March 14, 2022 i had ordered 200 Coaching The Experienced Driver 4+2 workbooks from USA Fleet Supply. I recieved an email stating my order number ***** has been updated from processing to in packing. I waited about 10 days and no order showed up I emailed *************** he stated that they discontinued the coaching 4+2 program books. I sent an email back asking for a refund, NO Response. I went to their web page they say it's the fastest way to get to customer service which no one replies. I sent Certified mail asking for a refund and no reply again. My total order was ****** My Tracking Number is 7022-0410-0000-1715-7906 sent May 23, 2022

      Complaint Number ******** has not been resolved. This company I believe is only a front to rip off people. I don't know how this can continue to go on without
      anyone pushing forward. They don't reply to phone call emails or certified mail. if you have checked their web site you can see hundreds of products offered to a wide
      verity of people and businesses. They need to be shut down and thrown in jail for fraud. does ******* allow this kind of business to go on.  Thanks for your help. I will
       not stop until they are shut down or I get my refund

      On Feb 14, 2022, I placed an order with USA Fleet Supply for 3 items totalling $*****. shortly after placing the order, I recieved a confirmation email from them which included the order number (*****) stating my "order status has been updated from processing to in packing". So I waited for my package to arrive or another email stating it was shipped. A few days later, when I hadn't recieved my package or any additional information, I used the link in the email to view my order status. It showed that it was being shipped by *** ******. Since I didn't have a tracking number, I tried to call them and ask for assistance, but got their voicemail, so I began typing an email and paused to justify my complaint with them and search for more information. I found that they had put out information on their customer care page saying it usually takes 5-10 business days for items to be recieved, so I decided to hold my horses and wait until the 10 business days had passed. On the 10th day (Feb 23), I attempted to call again and left them a voicemail. On the 14th day (Feb 26), after recieving no call back, I sent the email requesting a tracking number and began questioning their legitimacy. That was when I found the commplaints from other customers in the reviews on the BBB website. I verified they had charged me on the 14th and thought about how I could get my money back. After coming up with nothing, I let it go. Today, Feb 27, I was reviewing my banking transactions and noticed they charged me the $***** again. Which brought me back here to write this complaint. When viewing my order status to download a PDF of the page for this complaint, I found it updated today to reflect that my order has been cancelled and a refund was sent to my card. But as you can see in the screenshot, it was charged, not refunded. I'd like a refund for both charges. Normally, I would call them to work it out, but I'm worried they will just charge me a third time.

      I ordered the 11 dvd for CDL training. It looked like the best training for the money. I ordered this January 28 of 2022 and I never received a receipt. I tried to call them and got no response, I tried 5 times to contact them on thiere "form" and recieved no response. I finally decided to look them up on the BBB and my worst fears came to light. EVERYONE is having the same issues. Perfect! $****** GONE! Can't someone do something to stop these ********?? They are advertising their lies everywhere on the web.
