I paid $18.93 for some red security tape saying "HIGH VOLTAGE," on October 27th of last year. I never received an email confirmation of transaction nor did I receive the item. I have tried to contact them via phone and their website portal, and no one has ever gotten back to me. Apparently they are thieves with a scam website. We really wanted this tape for our business, so I didn't file a dispute with **************** in an appropriate amount of time, so I was not refunded.Initial Complaint

Made a purchase on 8/14/2924 Was told my items would arrive 3 to 5 days.That hasn't happened.Wrote in to them and replied with a different arrival date.Items still haven't arrived.Wrote in to them 2 more times.No response back.Telephone number for this company is useless.No human ever picks up the phone.If I don't get my items by 8/28/2024 which is tomorrow I'll head to the bank and do a STOP PAYMENT.far as I'm concerned whoever is hosting their website is as guilty as they are because they are hosting a company who is scamming people. Feds should step in and do something quick before more people get scammed and loose their money.Initial Complaint

Ordered the item paid by credit card. After at least 6 attempts through email and then telling me that they were going to get me a tracking number as soon as possible still to this day have not received one but they did receive my payment this company is definitely a scamInitial Complaint

I placed an order with USAFleetSupply.com on June 23, 2024 at 7:08. The order was for *************** size 10 x 8 x 8 [6 green and 6 blue]. The total amount was: $80.34.I received an order confirmation email immediately after. I got no further emails or tracking information. The order never arrived. It apparently never shipped, iI checked my order status on the website and it says in shipping with no other information. The items are not back ordered. I reached out via telephone to no avail. I filled out a customer order status form inquiring about the status of my order and havent received a response. I then requested a refund/cancellation of my order and received no response. I am now filing a dispute with my credit card company regarding this.Initial Complaint

Brought mower In for repairs. A mower bought from them. After a month they told me they couldnt get parts and it was unfixable. Then they charged me $50 for not fixing anything. I will never buy another mower from themInitial Complaint

On June 7 2024 I ordered 8 items from fleet supply.I chose and paid for the items and the 2 to 7 days shipping.Now on June 24 they have still not shipped my items. The phone number is a lie about serving other customers and not answered at all.I have contacted them by email about cancelling the order but cant get a confirmation. I have left a message at the number provided about cancelling the order and also no response.Initial Complaint

On 03/12/2024 our company ordered product from USA Fleet Supply. After 1 month i sent them an email inquiring about my order. The President of **************** *************** emailed me stating there was a delay on manufacturing and our order would be expedited. That same day my "order status" changed to "in shipping" where it has sat for another month now. I emailed him back to no response. I decided to dig into the company and found there were multiple BBB complaints and FTC complaints. Also their address is of the *********** in ************** ********. However their business address with the secretary of the Commonwealth of Virginia is of an apartment on the other side of town. This is definitely a "drop ship" scam company. You cannot even get ahold of anyone on the phone.Initial Complaint

BBB complaint *************************************** training purchased on July 28, 2023.Amount paid: $479 The business was committed to provide us van ********* training DVDs Coaching the Van ****** 4, Training CourseWe didnt receive the DVDs in a timely manner (2 weeks) so we contacted the company and received this reply:****,Thank you for your inquiry. I apologize for missing your message yesterday, and for the lengthy shipping time of this order. These driver training programs are currently manufactured/produced per order. The order is sent to the production company, then is manufactured and shipped to our location, where we then forward it to the customer. We had placed an order for numerous training programs from the manufacturer several weeks ago and they are all scheduled to arrive at our location within the next few business days. I will make sure your order is expedited ASAP. Any tracking info will be forwarded to you, and will be posted to your order status admin at www.usafleetsupply.com/orderstatus.asp. Thank you for your patience.Thank you for your time,*************** President ******** **** ********************** We did not receive the DVDs yet again later in the fall and emailed, only to get the same reply. No phone number was available on the website to contact customer service. Requests for help through their web contact form (stated preference for contact by business) were not returned. After the first of the year, I checked the delivery status and it was cited Delivered 1/13/2024 however, it was never received. Subsequent emails and contact forms went unanswered. I finally got a phone number from the area chamber of commerce and left multiple messages with no return. I stated clearly by order ID, the problem, and desired solution to have a new set resent at no cost to us. The order ID is *****.Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid for a CB radio I received an email saying it wasnt in stock I called and emailed them with no response. I would like to at least get a response that was as quick as they cashed my bank card. At this point I would like my money back.Customer response

Contacted them by phone on 4-3-2024 to check stock of 6 black wheel center caps, they said they were in stock and would ship right away. I made the purchase on 4-3-2024. Have never received a receipt for the purchase only money missing from my account. Can't get through by phone. They have answered one email on 4-9 saying they purchase from a 3rd party and may be delays. Haven't gotten them to respond to my emails since.
