I bought a Englander 25-CBPAH pellet stove 12/8/23. via phone conversation with **** from *******'s in ********* MT with a credit card. I was told it was the last day of the sale. I never was told that it was on sale because it is a discontinued model. It took 6 weeks to get to me. I was told it would be about 2 give or take. I called *******'s a couple times to check where it was. They gave me other # to call. They said it was on its way and the company would call me and give me updates. Never happened. When it arrived, I had 2 days before the 30-day warranty registration expired. Installed the stove worked for 1 1/2 weeks. Cleaned it out couldn't get it to light. I have called the tech support at least every 2 weeks for the past 6 months with one problem after another. I have had to replace every part on the stove that can be replace in a 6-month period example blower motor, auger motor, and vacuum switch, igniter. My problem with that is I shouldn't have to with a new pellet stove. I have asked for my money back several times. I would like to get a stove that I can trust and depend on to work for the winter. They should have the call log and I have my log of calls on my phone if you need specifics. I have never been offered a case # or any other identification to my case. You will need to get that from themBusiness response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ******** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me if that means the warranty is extended to June of 2025. I would rather get my money back because I have little to no confidence that it will work when I need it to. My electric bill has gone up $ 40 a month on budget billing because of all the trouble. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: **********************************************.
