I have been receiving a bill for a CT scan I had in December 2023, which I agree I owe. I completed a financial assistance form and submitted all required documents and got absolutely nothing back from the company. The customer service number on the bill *************) is always having technical difficulties and no one ever answers, nor can you leave a message. The customer service email address ************************************************ comes back as undeliverable. The new patient portal does not allow for registration and the old portal does not have a chat function. When I call the ****************** and ask to speak to a billing manager, I get transferred to a voicemail and no one calls me back. Now I am getting threatened with collections. I need a resolution!Business response

I visited Virginia Urology on 5/16/23 and 6/7/23. I complained to my PCP several times of frequent urination that was abnormal- and the medication wasnt clearing UTI. He referred me to ** Urologythe urologist referred me to a Urogynecologist,-S ******** ** Urology ************************************************************************************ I told her several times that me urinating frequently isnt normal and I know my body. The only procedures completed were urine in a cup in which she continuously kept saying there was nothing on my urine. My bladder was only measured of how quick it filled up with a machine. No other scans/ bladder screens were completed. Fast forward today ** still dealing with frequent urination, excruciating back pain now, and pressure in my bladder. I visited my obgyn today 8/8/23 and was advised I had blood in my urine and I definitely have something going on and it may have gotten worse over time. I went to the VA Urology to receive help and assistance and I was brushed away and was told by S ******** to cut back on the water so unprofessional now I possibly have long term issues involving my kidneys that could have been addressed 3 months ago if she wouldve completed more tests and assisted patients with their concerns. Her telling me to drink more water when Im complaining about frequent urination is very unprofessional and hurtful. Please someone get back with me regarding this matter. Thank youBusiness response

I had a service at VA Urology in March 2021, when I reached out to VA urology in November 2021 to pay my **** I was told I did not owe anything. Now Im receiving that my wages will be garnished? Why? I made a good attempt to pay this. I would like to pay the original amount owed without any additional legal fees.Business response

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I attempted to pay this **** in November. I sent logs from my cell phone **** but apparently they cant hear the whole call. I know all calls are recorded and will like a further investigation.
