    I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with the company DoNotPay, and I feel compelled to share my concerns to warn others. Since April 5, 2022, I have been consistently charged $36 every three months by DoNotPay, unbeknownst to me. To my surprise, I discovered these unauthorized charges on my bank statements. What baffles me even more is that I don't recall ever signing up for any services with DoNotPay, and I certainly do not have an active account with them. The lack of transparency regarding these charges is concerning, and the fact that I have been unwittingly paying a significant amount for a service I never consciously subscribed to is both frustrating and disappointing. I expected more ethical practices from a company like DoNotPay. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with DoNotPay and to closely monitor their financial transactions. This experience has left me with a sense of distrust and disappointment, and I hope my review serves as a cautionary tale for those considering engaging with this company.Unfortunately, my attempt to resolve this issue with their customer service has been met with challenges, further amplifying my dissatisfaction. Proceed with caution and be vigilant with your financial records when dealing with DoNotPay.

    This ************* are just hustler with AI ******** that hooks up to monthly payments that you have no idea off.when u try for refund they will bluntly tell they are not refunding you.because you sign up for those services and they are good at rejecting your refund claims.please dont fall their super bs scam .I have to close my bank account due to them stealing over $92 for a services that I dont kno any idea about.this a Chinese communist app thats targeting US base working who need just little helps with a paperwork.Please aware of this APP its a scam to have access to ur funds.

    They took $36 of my money for two months subscription and when I realized the app is worthless and asked to cancel my subscription, they kept the money and locked me out of my account. This happened over the course of two days. This. Is. A. Scam.

    They refused to let me know the ** address that was used to establish the fraudulent account and begin the fraudulent bi-monthly subscription service they hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor they have stolen over $100 for me and claim to have provided services for me when I was incapable of physically engaging with their software because of medical issues

    Same story I've seen multiple times. I check my statement to see $36 charges from a company I've never heard of, panic ensues as I realize its from the world's sketchiest "robot lawyer" service. Under no circumstances would I recommend anyone give this company their card info.

    The services they offer don't seem to work, or at least the ones i tried didn't. But here's something weird. I used to only spam calls like once every few months. But the day I signed up and ever since then I've received over 5 calls per day. Funny the timing on that.
