I purchased a new saddle on February 20, 2023 and was advised I would receive the saddle 8-12 weeks after the purchase date. It’s now June 21, 2023, 17 weeks and 2 days and I still have no received the saddle I spent over $6,000 on. The company does not care and did not offer to help or compensate me for my lost time not being able to use the saddle. I was told it is what it is and they don’t care. I purchased a product and now I am out the money they won’t refund me as the saddle never came.Initial Complaint

I was sold a new saddle that became unstitched (pictures, dated electronically) one month after purchasing. I have a string of text and emails over the course of 3 months (I can produce screenshots and forward any emails) trying to work out a refund. I was promised over email to receive a check for the amount of the saddle less an $800 restocking fee. The check that arrived today is not that amount, but is short. I would like the amount that was promised. At the very least. It has been a complete nightmare working with this company and I feel I have been scammed. I was sold a faulty saddle and have to pay them $800. That concept to me is unbelievable. However, I agreed to this just so that I can be finished working with them. When the check came, that was the last straw. I can produce a timeline and corresponding documentation, and am happy to do so. Thank you, ******
