              If I could give zero stars I would. Why would you expect me to pay for a technician to come out and fix and emergency service regarding a new AC. It's 80 degrees in the residence and haven't even attempted dinner because it would be at 85-90 degrees. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. They do not take care of their tenants. Nothing but issue. Highly disappointed smh

              I am sorry that you are disappointed. Your maintenance request was made after normal business hours at 6:33 pm on 4/24/24. You stated that you had been having issues with your thermostat all week but had not reported it. When you tried to turn your AC on it would not come on and you called me. The outside temperature was 71 degrees with the forecasted temperature going to 50 degrees in just a few hours. The HVAC technician contacted you within 10 minutes of your request to set up an appointment for the next morning. You asked if he could come out that night. He said he could if authorized but was already booked until 10:30pm. You called me and asked me to authorize his service call as an emergency. As it was now 68 degrees outside, I said that this did not qualify as an emergency but if you wanted him to come out you could pay the difference for the overtime rate. You hung up on me. The Vendor did go out before noon the next day, 4/25/24, and got your system cooling. Your Service Request was addressed within 18 hours.
