have loan ****** i have had some financial difficulties and wanted to sell the equipment so i won't become default. I requested a payoff for a potential seller Feb 09,2023 never received one. I requested a payoff around April 24,2023 finally received it. My initial loan was 23,744. They payoff amount in the letter stated 27,770. After future questioning the amount went to 26,000. I have paid over 6,600 dollars on the loan including their interest mark up. Because of the payoff including an early pay off fee I can not get a buyer for that amount. I would like to get an honest payoff amount. The Senior management ****** ****** is very rude and won’t speak to me on the matter. He will speak to others pertaining my loan discussing loan amounts, payoff amounts with others. He also told one guy he will have to repo the trailer then sell it to him. I am not feeling comfortable with the way business is being conducted and would like to get a true payoff. I am tired of being treated poorly, threatened, and mistreated.Business response

We received a request for a payoff on loan number ****** and the payoff amount provided was based on the terms and conditions as listed in the loan documents and confirmed on the verbal authorization. Due to the customer expressing a financial hardship, we agreed to discount the payoff to $26,015.45 from the total outstanding balance of $27,770.67. We are happy to still honor the discounted payoff that we provided to settle this matter.

On 2/3/22 we sold a piece of Equipment we had financed through BBF, they told us on 2/3/22 that they would send a lien release and the the Title. Then they said it would take a few days because the title is being held in a vault somewhere. Now after numerous emails they are refusing to send us the title and say we have to fix the issue at our own cost.Business response

Missouri is a titling holding state. While Blue Bridge shows that we did receive a copy of the perfected title, we do not show that the original was actually moved to our vault. We assumed that it would have been there however after review of the situation the title was not there. Blue Bridge issued a lien release as well as the required documents for the State of MO to obtain the paper title. If the customer is exposed to additional costs they are welcome to send us an invoice and we will reimburse for the costs of the title.
