5 starsLRCH Ryan Homes is a horrible builder. They don't tell you a lot of things when they are building a home. We hear Ryan Homes has deep pockets and get away with a lot of things. Ryan Homes should lose their license to build. They are building all over. They need to be held accountable for not telling the truth, using cheap products and put out of business.Review fromKevin B

1 starDriveway concrete is breaking and soil has eroded from under the driveway which can cause damage to the driveway. Neighbor houses have disintegrating concrete. I know nothing about concrete installation, but I know there should have been gravel used as part of the base and I’m not sure that was done.Review fromRafa G.

1 starHaving a terrible experience and I wish I wouldve read reviews before i decided to build with Ryan homes and work with NVR loans. I hired a third party inspector and after reading the report we decided to change the closing date until everything is fixed . They are bullying us saying the house is livable and we have to close by the given date. Please if you are reading this do not make the same mistake and take your hard earned money elsewhere. Its not a coincidence that they have an overwhelming amount of bad reviews all over the internetReview fromGina S

1 starAwful quality homes - The issues we are experiencing are extensive and reflect an unacceptable lack of attention to detail and craftsmanship.Below are some of the major problems we have encountered:Baseboards: Dented, chipped, and poorly painted, exhibiting an unprofessional finish.Second Floor: Uneven flooring with creaky and hollow sounds throughout.Doors: Several doors are visibly damaged, with corners appearing as though they were dropped and hastily painted over. This includes the French doors in the flex space, which are particularly damaged.Stairs and Banisters: These are less than pleasing to the eye due to chips and visible damage sustained during installation, further highlighting the poor quality of work.Paint Quality: The paintwork throughout the home, both interior and exterior, is riddled with flaws, including drip marks, scuff marks, and an overall inconsistent and sloppy ************* Room Wall: Cracking, further highlighting the poor construction quality. These issues are not isolated, as I have spoken with other neighbors who have reported similar problems in their homes. It is disheartening to see this consistent level of subpar workmanship across multiple ************* a homeowner, I made a significant financial investment, expecting a high-quality product in return. The condition of my home is simply unacceptable, and I am left feeling disappointed and regretful of my decision to build with Ryan Homes. The quality of work delivered does not align with the premium price paid for a new home.Review fromROBERT N

1 starUnprofessional, ******** company. They surely do not care about their veterans. Called about a home in ***************I originally talked to ******, who never called me back. I then talked to ******, who probably has one of the worst personalities on the phone that I have ever heard.. She is a very uncaring person. I am a disabled veteran on veteran disability and social security. But I can afford a house on a VA Loan. Every company I have looked at for homes has only wanted either five hundred dollars or one thousand dollar deposit. **** ******, what's a five thousand dollar deposit on a home, which I cannot afford. I can afford the house, but not five thousand dollars. They didn't care one single bit. I would have been happy to leave a thousand dollar deposit. These are refundable when you are closing anyway. I'm associated with a lot of veteran groups and have a lot of connections and veteran affiliations I am a member of. I'm going to reach out to all of them and let them go not to do business with **** ******. I am also contacting national news media, not just one, but all of them. There's no need to treat veterans, or disabled veterans, or anybody this way.Review fromThomas P

Our sales representative was very informative and kind, our project managers were experts in their field and our home is absolutely beautiful! We are very happy and would recommend Ryan Homes to our friends and family.Review fromApril M

1 starRyan Homes, **************** These homes are build entirely too fast. The warranty manager does not follow up on repairs or they provide the homeowner with excuses to justify their errors. The quality of their homes does not match the cost. The walls are lumpy and the wall seams are crooked. They send out guys to complete warranty request, but they only do patchy work. They basically put a bandage on a pig but at the end of the day, its still a pig. I have purchased several new homes and have never had these type of issues. I fault myself for not doing my due diligence and conducting more research on this builder. I have communicated with people from different states that have the same issues. Its all about money and how fast they can get a house built for the least amount of money ignoring the quality of work thats being done. Parts of my house was missing insulation and they basically played with the same wall 3 times to fix the framing and the issue is still there. The only positive comment I can provide regarding this builder is that they have nice layouts, but the quality of work is trash. I would think that they would take more pride in providing decent houses to their customers being that its their name thats on the line. They are focused on number number of homes they can get done the fastest and cheap way, providing low quality work and cheap items on the inside. Im so disappointed in this purchase. I dont feel like I received a $500k quality home. They dont even offer any type of inconvenience compensation. The only thing they provide is excuse. They are very good at that. I feel like when we sell this house we will end up being liable for the errors made by the builder. Im still trying to figure out, how this house passed inspection. They man or woman must have been blind. I will NEVER use this builder in the future or recommend any of my friends and family to this builder.Review fromMegan S

1 starWORST HOMEBUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. I was connected with NVR lending in ********** to buy a new construction townhome. At first the communication with NVR lending was good, fast forward 6 months to three days before closing and I still don't have final approval, clear communication or even the courtesy of a phone call. The lender requested that I LIE on my lending application and fed me verbatim the words to say so that underwriting would "approve" my *** loan. When I gave pushback against this, my lender advised that they would still keep my down payment and basically bullied me into staying in the contract under false pretenses.Constant back and fourth requests for documents already provided, being ghosted, changing the closing date 3x, lack of proper communication and deceptive lending practices. Stay away from NVR lending at all costs.Review fromKele h

1 starHorrible experience with NVR - someone there falsified my loan file - I did not find out until we were well into the process. I had to sell my home in order to purchase this one. 1 hour prior to closing with NVR - they called and canceled. I literally had no home... this was extremely stressful for my children and myself... They relly need to be held accountable. Now, they are calling trying to get me to close with them... I've been reaching out to lawyers because this company is a scam. I'd give 0 stars if I could
