On 9/16/2023, I received a letter claiming to be Official Business from ***************************************** that immediate response was requested and that I had not contacted them to have my vehicle service contract activated. The letter contained the correct first nine characters of my VIN. I was told to respond by 9/21/2023.Upon searching the internet for the phone number provided *************), I found a BBB complaint about this company related to fraudulent vehicle service contract offerings. My major complaint is that the letter implies that it is from ******* that it is official business, and that there is a $300 penalty for private use. I feel that many less skeptical consumers might believe that these letters are from the manufacturer of their vehicles. Only in very fine print does it say "All policies are through Evercare Direct). The use of my partial VIN number made me believe that this correspondence was from ******* This advertising is deceptive for these reasons. I hope that this post on BBB will alert other recipients of such letters that this offer is not from their dealership or vehicle manufacturer.

This company continues to send communications regarding an extending warranty on a car that has nothing to do with me or my family. This started with references to a 2008 ******* Sonata that 1) was owned by now deceased father (he died in 2021) and 2) that we have not owned since 2020. Now letters are referencing a 2018 ******* Elantra which 1)a type of car that me and anyone in my family have never owned; 2) that now are directed to my new address where the 2008 Sonata never resided or was registered with and 3) that they have begun guessing at my name (letter is referenced to ******** vs my name of *****). When I call, they cannot match me since they do not have my phone number and I provide them the Customer ID they note they will remove but the letters continue with new cars and new names. I do not and have not ever owned a *******. In addition, they reps on the phone are combative and argue as opposed to trying to help. I have called multiple times on the multiple letters. My request is for any and all communications related to my name, address, name and anything related to the vehicle referenced. The most recent letter references the ******************************** ********** and most recent contact was 09/12/2023. Phone number on the letter is ************

Continue to get vehicle service contract. from business with telephone number **************. I have a brand new 2023 vehicle with a 10 year warranty. The envelope in which it comes shows the vehicle as a 2023 xxxxxxxx - official business, penalty for private use; customer id #. Then it goes to states : response to this notice requested, immediate response requested. I am sick and tired of getting these notices and want them to stop. They do not have a return address. I have not contacted them and never will. However, they keep sending these, which I believe, to scam notices.

I have a lifetime warranty on my power train (including engine) and my engine blew out this May 2023 . Its been 3 months since the dealership has taken my car in and ordered the new engine to be installed under the LIFETIME WARRANTY but still no answers when the engine will show up and get installed or when I will get my car back. In the meantime the dealership and the actual ******************* advised me to file a case # and i will get reimbursed for my rental car. 3 months later and endless unreturned phone calls i am over $3000 and counting in the hole on the rental reimbursement that ************* is now telling me is denied and still no answers about the new engine or when Im getting my car back. They let me believe the rental would be reimbursed for 2 and 1/2 months before denying the rental reimbursement that i am still paying for. This just isnt right that anyone has to go through this when you have a lifetime warranty its not supposed to take a lifetime to get it fixed or a lifetime of debt on a rental in the meantime when everyone involved had reassured me the rental would be covered in this situation.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 08/02/2023

Here are the 3 current rental car invoices to date and counting, the proof of new engine and parts ordered being covered by the lifetime warranty that were ordered 3 months ago and still no word when i will get my car back with the new engine and also the Lifetime Warranty that states the rental is not covered but i was told the rental would be covered by many different agents and case managers for 2 and 1/2 months of me paying for the rental before they changed their story a week and 1/2 ago and told me the rental will not be covered. The extreme time that its taking to get my car back i feel warrants the company to cover all rental charges dating back to May 22 2023 and for however long it takes for them to get my car back to me since this is taking so long. I wasnt told repairs under my lifetime warranty would take months and counting and that i would be paying more for a rental than i am saving with this lifetime warranty. Thank you

I purchased a brand new Maytag washing machine in June of 2022 that was advertised as a 10 year warranty item. The machine broke in April of 2023 and I immediately filed a claim with the warranty department of Maytag. I have since called Maytag several times and each time I speak with a customer representative I get a different story, either they can't find my claim, or they hang up on me, or they transfer me to the wrong department. My machine still has not been repaired and the parts can not be located to repair my machine. I have asked to have my case escalated to speak with a supervisor and they have denied me every time. I paid well over $1000 for a brand new washing machine that does not work. Maytag is not validating their warranty that is advertised on their website, on the machine and in ads for their company.

I bought some headphones from lenovo.com that started giving me mic volume issues and audio issues. There sometimes were random hissing on the audio and sometimes there just weren't any sounds. I have an open warranty case with them, case number **********. Since the ticket says the replacement part is due year ****, I've called them multiple times on how ridiculous this is. They've escalated my case to a case manager multiple times. I did once talk to a case manager, I forget her name but have her phone number. But every time I call in, I'm told I'll get a return call 2 to 3 business days later. I wait 5 business days and I don't hear back so I call in, then repeat. Today, I called the same number and options I've been calling and now they say they no longer handle warranty services. This is the case manager's number **************. I think it's her personal line. Her voicemail mentions her name.

I bought a ****** PC and afterwards I bought their premium warranty service 2/21/22 to protect myself from any problem with my PC. After my PC started to crash several times I called and contacted them. This happened many many times for the past months. They did try to troubleshoot through online accesses first for several times, which only give few days solution, then it will crashed. Then, they did home service, PC diagnosis and hardware replacement, after few days my PC is still crashing. Afterwards, they asked my to send/mail my PC to their tech depot. I even did factory reset to my PC before sending it. Still, when my PC came back it was still crashing. They did again online troubleshooting 2x which gave me temporary solution for 2 months. after that, I have the same problem, my PC is still crashing. Attached are the case numbers and emails that I have generated with them. With each case numbers, at least there are few to many frustrating and failed attempts which did not solve my problem. It is almost a year that I have been dealing with the same problem. My PC is still crashing and I I called 12/19/22 (News Case: **********). I want to escalate my case and talked to their manager/supervisor, but they refused my request. They want me again to do the same failed, very frustrating processes. I feel they are just give me a band aid and round about solutions until my warrant expires. They need to replace my PC which I was told before that they will do if their tech depot diagnostic/repair failed. I am afraid that my warranty will expire this February 2023. Though there are different case numbers that were created since I called many times, for the main case number pls refer to ****** Case: ********** Product Name: 90NC00JBUS - DT LN Legion T5 28IMB05 I510400 256 16G Unit Serial Number: ********

Endurance auto warranty denied my claim for the transmission on my car that they were rightfully contractually obligated to repair. They denied the claim based solely on their inspector saying transmissions don't just break . They're saying it was pre-existing which is complete nonsense because every transmission I ever had when it stopped working it just stopped working
