      I have a BJ's Capital one Credit Card and for 3 times I paid my credit cards bills as soon as the billing circle became available for them to take the money 3 days before a due date. They always find a way to delete my payments to make it appear that I did not actually make those payments. They do that specifically to charge late fees. The way their late fees scams works is like, if you miss one on time payments, they will charge you late fees for the next 2 consecutive months. I don't mind paying late fees if I don't make my payments on time, but what they are doing is to make sure even when you make the payments, they will find their combination to erase it and try to shift the blame on me. After speaking to them, they were trying to make me believe that my payments had never been successful in those 3 cases, but I replied by saying how about I always received the confirmation emails. When I talked the **** they told me I need to deal with Capital one with no assistance from their side. It is like is it my problem, deal with it. I am sure I am not the only victim in a situation like this. This type of scam from Capital one must be stop. In live in *************, I will contact channel 7 and my state attorney for this matter.

      Capital one recently applied the wrong credit to my account, which was basically just over the minimum payment instead of the full balance, which is what I had mailed. They lost 4000 of my cash and did not even attempt to apologize or reassure me. I have been a customer in good standing for over a decade, but I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I have received. Their associates are poorly trained and basically the blame and burden on the customer for their mistake and make it excruciatingly difficult for me to provide documentation to correct their error. Im told their investigation will take 7-10 business days and meanwhile, I have a huge balance racking up interest and a very reduced credit line for the rest of the month. I have lost all confidence in their competence and integrity as a business.

      I am being charged late fees on my credit card payments on my Venture card every month regardless paying early. My interest on this card has gone up.Along with monthly payment increase without any notification. I am extremely frustrated. Before I seek legal action against them I want my account ************************ for wrongful late fees.

This decision is rooted in deep ethical concerns regarding Capital One's involvement in a recent financial transaction.I have become aware that Capital One participated in a $500 million loan deal with a consortium of lenders to ****************** an Israeli weapons manufacturer. This company's products and technologies are heavily implicated in the violence and oppression faced by Palestinians. The support of such entities, which contribute to the ongoing genocide of Palestinians, is something I find deeply troubling.As a consumer, I cannot in good conscience continue to do business with a company that indirectly supports actions contributing to the suffering of innocent people.       Dont do ******** with Capital One! If your pay date lands on a weekend they just dont bother to pay it! In my experience if you then manually pay your vendor they may or may NOT receive the check. Then when you dispute the payment with Capital One you will find the **************** staff as empathetic and helpful as a rock. I fear something has changed with this company. I never had customer support issues with them previously and I have been a customer for years.

      They keep freezing my card to prevent any transactions. I have verified my information four times and one day. They lift the restriction and as soon as I try to purchase something they flag it again. After hours their customer service was rude and unprofessional. Im uncomfortable bc they had me upload my drivers license now Im feeling violated and that they just committed fraud against me as these individuals kept having me upload my drivers license. Im afraid my identity may have just been stolen it was a very uncomfortable and confusing process. Horrible horrible experience

      I have two credit cards to Capital One and I got an email asking me if I wanted to open a checking account which I done. For whatever reason it open the checking account in my maiden name instead of my name. Not sure why. Called customer service she doesn't know why either.. I actually just to change my name to the same a name that all my other accounts are in but she's telling me I have to upload all kinds of documents, I have to go to the *** website and download a form and fill it out and send to them blah blah blah. I'm not doing all that so at this point Capital One opened up an account for me with the name that is not mine and refuses to change it. Therefore that is fraud

      I have been a Capital One card holder for ************************************************************** my wallet. Nearly three months ago, I disputed a charge and after a minimum of 20 calls with their support team and consistently receiving bogus advice regarding what they need to complete the dispute, I have been informed that the claim will not be granted. I am now out well over $3000 due to the fact that I was given the incorrect advice on how to pursue this dispute. I was also told I would be entitled to a $200 courtesy refund which I was now informed will not be granted. They took a vendors word over mine and I am now paying the price. Do your self a favor and avoid this company at all costs!!! There are better products available that will support their clients.

      I switched banks, so my autopay payment was returned. I was informed of the returned payment multiple days later. I made the payment with my new account as soon as I found out. Which was 3 days after the payment due date. They assessed be $150 in interest still even though I made a payment of my statement balance in full. This was my first ever late payment. In the past, other banks have been super understanding in situations like this. But capital one does not seem to care that this is a simple mistake. I was planning switching most of my credit card use over to capital one which would have made capital one thousands of dollars. But since you guys are so money hungry and care about $150 over my long term business, I will be staying with ***** and AMEX. They are known for their flexibility, unlike capital one.
