      Company is hard to reach by email when you need them to help you. Higher cost, and don't try to help you when you need a payment arrangement whe you do need it because you balance is high and can't pay all at once.my bill during winter times comes out like $700 and up monthly. We have a single home and bill seems like a commercial place. I Have call and they said that is the bill. Dominion energy received funds to help people in the pandemic.my husband sent an application on 07/2021 and never received a response at that time our bill was **** and we have tried with payment arrangement but we haven't be able to pay it off because monthly bill + the payment arrangement comes alot bill goes up instead of down. It is so frustrating because the only solution that you get is if you don't pay the total amount your electricity will be disconnected. Very disappointed.

      Malicious to consumers, increasing rates and charging consumers for their projects which in turn increases their bills. Leave Veterans with serious medical conditions that requires electricity out of service and disconnects them and close their account so they have no way of getting help.

      Won't let me pay my bill. The website doesn't work and neither does the online payment. Keeps telling me the account number is wrong even though I'm 100% positive it is correct.

      Absolutely gorgeous day and our power is out yet again. Why is Dominion allowed to be a monopoly? Maybe if we had another option, wed have better service . . .

      I wish I could give them negative stars. Unbelievably high prices - zero competition. Basically a monopoly. They have a 24 hour stop service request, so if you move out and happen to be done after 5pm on a friday - you've got to wait until the following Monday to stop your service. In the meantime they will charge you extra and send you a bill for services not rendered or used by yourself. Call them and they give you the runaround - empty promises and understandings. Only care about collecting their money and there's bupkis you can do about it. I hope they get sued to oblivion. Beyond irate.

      Dominion is extremely too high and taking people's monies. My bills are ridiculous every month and I have been doing all I can to reduce the bill monthly, but doesn't work. Bills range between $300-400 per month. How do they expect people to survive with bills like that. Not everybody is rich or can afford these outrageous bills per month with all of our other expenses. People have children and all, and have to worry each month about getting a disconnect notice because of these expensive bills. I surely wish we had another electric company,because Dominion is a rip off and should be ashamed of themselves.

      I like to make a compelling about dominion power I owe **** on my dominion bill and I requested that I can put thousand dollars down and even though I sent the request to CEO or president of the dominion power Mr. ***** and he sent me a very nasty letter regarding that theres nothing he can do I dont believe after 35 years that Ive been customer with ******************************************* Ive been just through the pandemic, they are so nasty and their customer service relation ************ its very rude to the local citizen and they dont care whether we went through the pandemic or your senior citizen or whatever situation you have they dont care . I think Id say ********************** citizen. We need more option to get an electric power from another sources so we dont get hostages by this hawkish on human people here that they dont care about their own

      If i could give this company 0 stars I would. I am being cross metered within my apartment. This process started on January 20, the lady I spoke with (****) to start this investigation was rude. She did nothing but blame me and tell me I was wrong about being cross metered for 2 hours and 15 min. Now five days in I have yet to get a case number, an investigator, I am still paying for the other units electric, the investigation is still in pending status. I was guaranteed someone was going to come out the other day and nobody called according to the associates I spoke with. They will give you a guaranteed date but not show up. The process is supposed to be 15 days Im not confident It be resolved by then. I was told I could email dominion but that can take up to 5 days for a response. I am coming up on 8 months of paying the other units bills. This company has terrible customer service.

      Dominion is the worst company!!!!When I was looking to purchase my home in ****************************************************************** life. Dominion have me house broke during the winter months I pay between 800-1100 dollars electric bills. Ive been asking why and if I could be placed on budget billing but they wont allow me to do so I fill like Im paying everyone bill on my block including the apartment complexes at the end of my street.??????????
