      We bought a "leather" sofa from Haynes. We asked if it was real leather, not manufactured leather and we were told "real leather". It has been 11 months and we have cracks and holes in the sofa. It is not real leather. We bought the warranty. It is not covered under the warranty because it is "wear and tear". I asked if it was normal wear and tear for a sofa to develop holes after 11 months, and they would not answer.Stay away from Haynes. Their furniture will wear out in less than 1 year. The warranty will not cover the damages. The sales people will lie to you.I too wish I would have read reviews before I went in.

      I wish I could post zero stars. We bought a recliner with push button recline. It had a one year warranty. We declined the extended warranty feeling like if there was a problem we would know within a year. Six months later, still in warranty, the switch has stopped functioning. They want to charge us $100 to check it out because we did not purchase the extended warranty. They made no mention of this when we purchased the chair. Totally underhanded. We will be moving soon and had planned on returning to them. Absolutely not. Be warned they are not honest.

      Purchased a sofa sectional in May . Delivery was very professional. I noted a crease in the sofa, as well as a gap in section between arm rest. Called to send out a technician. He took sofa apart and tried to fix the sag and was successful. He attempted to fixt he gap and finally told my wife that this gap is standard. If i would have known that they wouldn't stand totally by the product i would have purchased elsewhere. I am disappointed because after promising my wife a supervisor would call, that call never happened. So I called myself and to my surprise the supervisor said she closed the case. If this is the kind of business that occurs without regard then i will probably take my further purchases elsewhere. I will also be sending a letter or email to the president on how we were treated. The supervisor said she would send me a picture of how it looks in the store and continued to say the large gap is standard.

      Purchased a mattress last July & a lounge chair in July of 2023. The mattress has developed a weakness that does not support my weight, the chair makes noises when changing positions. Haynes sent person to check my complaints and acknowledged that the mattress has a weakness, but the manufacturers warranty wont cover because the weakness doesnt meet the metrics that the manufacturer say are needed to have the warranty to replace or refund. I was told that Haynes even though I paid them for the mattress hands are tyied. I was not allowed to see the results of the inspections probably because it confirms a problem with items.I have sent Haynes a notice of intent to **** and will file a civil suit next week.Any one considering a purchase from Haynes Furniture should review warranty info prior to purchase. If I had been told that any warranty issues needed to be approved by manufacturer and not the entity that I paid my money to I would not have made a purchase. In my opinion I would have an uneasiness about that transaction..

      We are very sorry for our customers experiences. They can refile since it has been since 2023. All bedding vendors all have the same stipulations that the depressions have to be 1.5" or greater to be considered defective. For transparency the tech report is below. Regarding the chair making noise, we were never made aware of this. We will reach out to our customer for this issue as they are still within their one-year manufacturing warranty 12-04-23 IN 9:05 OUT 9:40 BEDDING INSPECTION:-CUSTOMER COMPLAINING THAT ONE EDGE IS WEAK-HE FALLS OUT OF BED (3/4" SAG ON EDGE)-NO SAG IN CTR OF MATTRESS -BOX SPRING IS CUTOMER OWN -3 WOOD SLATS WITH ONE LEG SUPPORT -NEVER ROTATED (I ROTATED WHILE I WAS THERE)-CLEAN

      On October 22, 2023, we spent a little over $5500 at the dump store located in ************, **. We bought 3 bedrooms sets, one king ********* and one queen ********* It turns out that the queen ******** has a defect that the store themselves recognise it and offered a replacement with picking up the defective ********* We went visited 3 different stores in the area for an alternative replacement but nothing was fitting our budget and we asked for a refund or store credit. They accepted to give us a store credit but they dont want to pick up their ******** because they want us to buy something immediately! At this point we felt disappointed and they did not value the amount of money spent purchasing our needed furnitures. My ask still the same, we want them pickup the ******** and issue either a refund or a store credit and we can move on. Also, we want an official apologies for hanging us for all this time and made us waiting months for an answer! in addition, their CSR are the worst thing to deal with as they dont value you as a customer other than just seeing you as a money. Stay away from them!

      Terrible customer relations. I purchased a leather recliner from Haynes on ***************************************************** and one arm on the reclining was defective. Within the first days I owned it, I noticed that one of the arms on the chair was dangling. I called Haynes and they sent a repairman out to fix it. However it was never repaired properly.. I contacted Haynes quite a few times after that and asked them to correct the problem. Each time they told me that they would get back to me but almost never did. Someone got back to me once and said it was being reviewed. No one ever got back to me. I kept calling them , but to no avail. I purchased this recliner on 1/03/ 2023. I think they were waiting for the warranty to run out. We texted back and forward starting around 12/01/ 2023. I have all of these texts in my possession. There were only two of these chairs in the store when I purchased it. About a week or two later, my daughter and I were in the Dump and saw the other identical chair with the same problem ad my chair and had been reduced. The Dump is their Outlet that sells lots of sub-standard furniture. I paid $656.35 for this chair and I want my money back. I think these chairs are defective. I like the chair but I bought it because it was light blue in color and a light blue recliner is difficult to find. The other chair was white. if this chair could have been repaired properly, I would love to keep the chair, however I think it is a defect which cannot be repaired, therefore my only recourse is to ask for my money back. So please ask Haynes for a refund. If I can't get any remedy from Haynes, I have no other choice but to take them to court.

      My fianc and I ordered a couch, bed set, dresser, and table with chairs and a bench at the beginning of May. We were told that everything would be in by June 16. We were in the process of moving so we rented a uhaul for June 16 so that we could move everything at once. We called the day before and were told the couch was not in but would be in the next week. We asked that they transfer it to a store closer to where we would be moving. They said they would and we called that store the next week and were told the couch was out of stock and they were not sure why we were told it would be in that week. We called back the original store we ordered from (*******) and I spoke to a manager about the situation. He said the couch was in the Williamsburg warehouse waiting to be unloaded. I mentioned that we needed the couch for that weekend and he told me that we could drive to ************ (a little over an hour away) but other than that he could not help. We had him transfer the couch back to their store in hopes it would make the truck on time. No one called us or gave us any updates and every time we called no one picked up. Then we get a text in the middle of the following week saying the couch has been in for almost a week and ready to be picked up. We both left work early and got to the store at 4:45. Both the online hours and posted hours says the pickup closes at 6. My fianc rang the doorbell and the warehouse worker looked at him and then shut the door in his face and walked away. We went in and no one had a key to open the loading doors so we had to move the couch (by ourselves) through the entire store while the employees watching cracked jokes. I spoke to a substitute manager there and she promised to give us a gift card that could be used at a different location. That was over a week ago and we have received nothing nor heard anything from the store. Do not buy from them, not worth the hassle and frustration.

      I filed a warranty claim on an adjustable bed frame 2 months ago and have not received an email, phone call, or text from ANYONE after 2 months. I even contacted Haynes directly because I thought they might have some concern about a CUSTOMER who had a broken bed and not getting any help with their claim. but no, ******* did not care. we got they adjustable bed frame for medical reasons and it has been broken for 2 months and NODBODY cares. All I want is a refund for the cost of the adjustable bed frame and the 10 extended warranty we bought. We would be happy to trash the bed frame and buy one from any other dealer than Haynes. I am a Richmond native who has been a customer of ********************** for years but I will never buy anything from them again.

      We are so sorry for our customers experience. The adjustable base warranty is solely through the vendor as we only sell the product we don't facilitate. Unfortunately, we cannot make any decisions on the vendors behalf and strongly encourage the customer to reach back out to the vendor if they are still experiencing issues.

      Ordered bedroom furniture in October 21. I have only received the bed and mirror. They have given me several dates furniture would be in. Last date May 28, 2022. Text by Haynes. "Hello, it looks like your merchandise is estimated to arrive to the warehouse 5/28. We are waiting on the shipment to arrive and once the first shipment arrives, you will be the first to receive it. Thank you and I apologize for the delay." Didn't receive updates until I called and text. Called and texted on May 31st. I received a message from Chippenham Store because my salesperson moved to this store. They gave me the run around. "I looked up your order. It has not arrived. There is only 1 nightstand. Everything else looks like it has been pushed back to the end of June. We are sadly at the mercy of the supply chains." I called on May 31st after text to speak with a Manger, and she said, "Told me it was a delay from Vietnam and all furniture stores are having the same problem. She said, "I have not been charged" , but I was for the bed and I paid it off. I am waiting for the Dresser, Chest and other nightstand. Haynes is now saying my furniture will arrive end of June, eight months after it was ordered. This bad business and the worse customer service.
