    ***************** pulled the breaker fuse on the outside condenser unit on a scheduled maintenance visit and didn't plug it back ***** for 2 months we ran on emergency heat strips.There "Help Desk" will not return phn call.I would not recommend this company and do not want any employees on my property.

    I have been a customer of ********************************************* for many years and am on a contract with this company. All of the service workers throughout the years have had excellent customer ********************** and have spent time with me explaining whatever the issue is.When I have had a problem James River comes and has been able to offer assistance. This company has never left me stranded. Therefore,James River is easy to work with and have continued to provide excellent service throughout the years to me.

    Excellent professional and efficient service for many years. We have been contract customers for James River for over 20 years. It is money worth spent. Their professional technicians are knowledgeable and polite and explain everything they do and answer all our questions. The last one ***** provided an excellent service and appreciate his thoroughness, knowledge, and patience.
