      There have been several items damaged, broken and or missing items. There was also, damage to my new home in the process of delivery and set up (as that is what I paid for). That being said, they damaged my bed and left it with the broken cross beams wrong hardware, and in some cases missing hardware. The doorways were torn up where they could not fit the furniture in the rooms. They left me with no email address, phone number and no point of contact to file my claims. Inventories were not filled out at the headings and completely missing ALL information. At the bottom of the inventory there was ONLY one signature (that is unreadable). The inventories were/are generic with NO company information. That is a shady way to work business! They overcharged twice or three times as much as a local mover would require, and gave NO personal experience that would enhance the move. Our possessions are personal, and sometimes are priceless. Their personnel spent much of their time doing face-time on their phones taking care of personal issues rather than taking the time to pack our personal possessions. Their moto is, “Bold Moving and Storage was formed one brisk winter night when four seasoned moving company professionals chatted during their annual ski/snowboarding trip. They all worked for different moving companies and were all equally fed up with an industry where customers were being taken advantage of and the art of moving was being overshadowed by greed and corruption. They shared stories of their frustration and realized something had to change if they wanted to keep working in the industry they loved”. What is real sad is your company became part of the problem in the industry rather than the solution. I have 42 pictures of broken, torn, missing hardware, etc., and that does NOT include the missing items.

      We apologize about any damages that occurred on your move, however…we are not going to allow you to post such false information about our company without telling our side.


      Moving? Yea, it can suck, damages? Yes, they can happen, and we go above and beyond for every single client, REGARDLESS of when they call us, even it like in your case Mr. *****, is nearly 18 months later.


      We get it, times are tough, inflation is crazy, gas prices are out of control and budgets are being tightened all the way across the board, but that shouldn’t be a reason to try to make a claim on a move that happened in 2020 for make believe damages, to what, try to get some money back? 


      And you say your missing 2 walkie talkies ($**) and a computer monitor ($**) but you want $****?  I’m sure both of those items were delivered.


      The reality about your move, is your truck stayed loaded the entire time, and we moved you from Georgia to Washington and delivered you on the EXACT day you wanted us there, right after Christmas and before New Years.


      Your price=the exact same, not even a nickel more.  


      We answer and respond to all calls, emails, texts, etc, you say you had no way of contacting us, but yet here you are posting on all of our review sites, we have called you, we have texted you, and emailed you.  


      When we did get you on the phone you were belligerent, combative and downright mean to Tom, who is one of the nicest humans you will ever meet. 


      I am once again apologizing and willing to fix ANYTHING that was actually damaged, so whenever you decide you can have a civil conversation and have taken your medication, please give us a call, we look forward to hearing from you.
