    What I THINK? is HOW? could THIS? Company be Rated a 3 Star by ANYONE??? I RATE!!! THIS! Company a 5 Star ONLY! because that's! as High as I can Rate Them! I spoke to (**** ****) Whom is THIS! Company's Manager Yesterday whom told me he'd send me a Plumber Today Between (8:00 am & 8:30 am) and he sent me 2 very Professional Plumbers to my home Today and they (****) & (*****) showed up at my house right on TIME which was (8:00 am)!!! Sharp!!! Just as **** had told me they would! THEY! BOTH! were very Knowledgeable & very Professional whom were constantly cleaning up behind themselves while still working non-stop! I am SO! very! (IMPRESSED)! with THIS! Company because of THESE! 3 Men that Represent THIS! Company!!! I can NOT!!! Stress enough how a Company is ONLY! as GOOD! as the People THEY! CHOOSE? to WORK for them! THEY! really ARE!!! the ONES! that MAKE! Your Company!!! Just Remember THAT! when you give them their Reviews for the Year!!! I don't Know? the other Employees at THIS! Company but I will tell You that as far as these 3 Men G--O! I do Know them and I Rate THESE! 3 Men a (AAA +)!!! Signed a Forever Happy Customer (***** *** *******)!

    Called with an problem with a leaking Hot Water Heater. ***** and his team got my situation fixed within hours and at a very fair price. Got quotes from several others to submit to insurance and Smithco was the best price and the quickest to respond.

    Employee/driver was very rude for no reason at all. I cant understand how someone can be so rude and inconsiderate for no reason. The only reason I can think that he would act this way is because Im gay. Very unprofessional, I dont recommend working with anyone that acts in this way
