Brought a car from Ride 4 Less Auto ******************************* because I needed a reliable vehicle to make it back and forth to work, I work in an hospital. The owner insure me that he can get me into a vehicle and I would be happy and the car will take me where I needed to go. He personally would drive the car and/or didnt want to sell it. Me personally putting my trust in the wrong people believed him and got the vehicle. Waited 2 weeks before I picked up the vehicle because he stated that he had to get any issues fixed with the vehicle and get a state inspection. So after getting the vehicle I had to replace the car battery, get an oil change, (which the shop that changed my oil stated that the oil hasnt been changed in some time). The first issue was O2 sensor, Catalytic Converter Exhaust Manifold, and now computer electrical problem. I have been calling the owner and the dealership for over 2 months. Leaving voice messages, speaking with his receptionist and even physically going to the dealership and still having heard anything back. So I went to other measures and contact the financial company and stated my concerns and issue with them and filed a complaint. The financial company cant get ahold of him either. Its becoming a problem because because of this vehicle I am missing work and bills are getting behind and now I am ready to lose my home. You cant take someones hard earned money and sell them a lemon, its not right nor fair. Through all this I have still making payments on the vehicle

    Dear Sir ** Madam,
Ride 4 Less has received a complaint that **************** submitted to your office. **************** purchased a 2012 ****** Rogue on 5/13/22. This vehicle was sold "As Is"  to ****************. She did a test drive on the vehicle and stated she loved the vehicle and how it drove. She was offered an extended warranty on her vehicle for an additional cost and she declined the warranty. Also, she had 14 days after the purchase of the vehicle to get the extended warranty and she did not.

**************** drove the vehicle without any issue or complaint until 7/8/22 which is 55 days after the "AS IS" purchase of the vehicle. Ride 4 Less is not aware of the actual mileage put on the vehicle since the date of purchase. But on July 8th, **************** complained to the finance company about a possible mechanical issue with the vehicle and stated she could no longer make payments to the finance company.

Since Ride 4 Less  received the complaint, we have reached out to **************** directly to discuss this matter. Ride 4 Less offered as a customer courtesy for Ms. ************** bring the vehicle back to our office so we can have our mechanic check out the issue she complained about. Furthermore Ride 4 Less also offered her a loaner vehicle to use while her vehicle is with the mechanic. **************** stated she would reach out to us if she needed additional assistance.

Thank you to your office for reviewing this matter and assisting us in handling this complaint. If you need any further information or have any further questions please let us know.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
The owner *************** did contact me, however he stated and made a point to say he was out of town since the week of May 13th, 2022. I have made complaints multiple times with the financial company with the loan. The owner didnt offer any extended warranty, he stated to me That he was on hold with the extended warranty customer service representative and he wouldnt know how long he would be on the phone, that he would give me a call as soon as he heard or talk to someone because he didnt have an brochure. With that I went out my way to purchase my own extended warranty. The only problem is with the warranty, they dont cover every issue with vehicle. So I had to pay out of pocket, which I shouldnt of because ************** knew that car wasnt any good. Yes he offered me a loaner car, however he stated to me that I have to pay for a loaner car because he use loaner cars as rental cars. He only offered to fix the ac compressor. I lose wages and my home because of a lack of reliable transportation, that was the entire reason why I came to his business was to get an reliable car. I have spent so much money getting parts and paying labor charges to now being homeless. Now he wants to fix the ac issue, because the car is fixed. I just want to be reimbursed for the money I had to pay and low wages and if we cant come to an decision then I will take it to court. I am very unpleased and unsatisfied with his services and business and I will not do business there again. Also, I drove the car around from where it was parked to the entrance, thats not test driving a car and thats my mistake because I was in a rush to get back to work, however I shouldve known better because the car wouldnt start he literally had to jumpstart the battery. The car had no gas in it, so I took in to 7 eleven to get gas and when I started the car he stated to me, you cant turn the car off because it need to charge the battery. The next day the same thing, so I went and bought a battery after getting the battery and alternator tested the battery was completely dead and had to replace the battery posts and cord because of corrosion. Nothing was done with the car not even an oil change.

I have uploaded images for my receipts for labor charges, that didnt include parts
    Regards,
