    8/27/23 checked into hotel. asked about pool was told not usable even though website said it was. charge 65.68 for room. trash around building the whole building, no trash cans. upon entering room there was a horrible smoky must odor. requested non smoking room stains all over bed and chair as well as burn holes. I'm severely allergic to smoke and was told it was a non smoking room. when driving around behind the building to get to main entrance, there were broken down cars full of bins, what looked like people living in, multiple people walking around the property with only pants on. a two car cop stand off at one of the other rooms near the broken down cars. instead of trying for a new room I requested cancelation. was told to call the manager in the morning for refund. called the next day, manager didn't come in and was told he'll call me back. Two days went, I called back and finally spoke with manger. was told that was his best room and rate and he won't refund. I told him about the dirty room, having pictures, and about the smoke. Was told to send them to him and he can't help what people do. He then gave me a false email... tried going through my discover card and he still declined to repay. I wasn't provided the services that were stated on website as well as a clean room to rest and feel safe.

    --10/01/2023 --$478.80 --Was told nice clean room with King size bed got to an awful nasty motel with trash outside and room didn't even have king bed and had torn curtains, hole in bathroom wall, roach crawling across bathtub, broke ac/heat, bad smell to the room, Black mold around the bathtub, commode barely flushed. --Tried to talk to manager to explain what my issue was and he just yelled "NO Refund" and hung up on me. I called ********* 3 times because I booked it through them and they wouldn't refund the rest of my money either.
