I went through the drive through and ordered a number 8 which is a biscuit and gravy and was told to pull passed the window to wait in the biscuit and gravy, after 10 minutes they come out and I have a hot hash brown but am incredibly old biscuit and gravy that the gravy has solidified on top of biscuits so hard that my fork and knife couldn’t break them apart. After I managed to break the first half up as best as I could I had to pry the other half off the bottom of the container to find that it looked like a granite counter top it was so smooth and settled from sitting for so long. At that point I just threw the food away because that is not what I paid for I went out of my way instead of just eat something at my house to buy this garbageBusiness response

Business hours posted not accurate when business is actually open. Went to McDonald's today when lobby is supposed to be open and doors locked. This happened one day earlier this week as well. If doors need to be locked for lobby then post it that it will be closed. Don't leave it open as if lobby is opened and then it be closed.Business response
