I brought a car from One Stop Auto in Bedford Va in October. 2 days after buying it, it was in the shop due to check engine light being on, when I reached out to the owner Bryan Thornhill he told me that the issue was fixed by his mechanic. I picked the car up & a week later it was back in the shop for the same issue, they claimed the issue was fixed yet again. About a week after picking up my car that still had 30 day tags on it, it broke down yet again this time I was informed the motor was blown in it. Also informed that the rear differential was going in the car as well. The car was in the shop for 2 months awaiting motor to be put in, I was stuck having to pay out of pocket for a rental multiple times on top of having to pay a car payment for a car that I only drove for maybe two weeks total with zero issues. When I picked the car up from the shop after the motor was replaced it still had a lot of issues so I had no choice but to trade the vehicle in & purchase another vehicle. The owner of one stop knew the issues with the car, I had made him aware of the issues numerous times & his response was basically that I was overreacting & that there was no way a car with 77000 miles had that many issues but the car definitely had numerous issues!

Mrs ****** purchased a vehicle from us. We was able to get her approved and sel her a low mileage vehicle. That particular vehicle had a check engine light on at the time of sale. We had informed her we would happily check into the CEL. She purchased vehicle and we moved forward. WE ARE NOT A REPAIR FACILITY ANYMORE as of July 2023 we stopped auto repair. Therefore we referred her to shop that does work for us when needed. That shop advised us why the CEL was on. We authorized the shop to go ahead and repair the vehicle. This was at no cost to Mrs ******. We had not previously agreed to fix, only discover why light was on. We authorized repairs per the quote of shop. Mrs ****** picked vehicle up and apparently had light come back on shortly after. Upon further review the shop said vehicle needed another part in which we agreed to repair for Mrs ******. These both was "Goodwill repairs". Thankfully to our knowledge that issue was solved. Important niether of these were major issues and both times the codes related to emissions. Eventually Mrs ****** did have a unrelated issue with the vehicle. The piston ring broke. This very odd issue did require the engine to be replaced. This also wasn't part of any agreed upon term. This was a random unfortunate mechanical failure. Thankfully with the purchase of the vehicle there was a VSC (vehicle service contract). Through inspection the company did find the issue to be a warrantable claim. They honored and replaced the engine for Mrs. ******. During that time to help Mrs. ******. We had assisted her with a loaner vehicle as it seemed to be heavily needed. We done all that could be done for Mrs. ******. We never want to see a vehicle failure. However that is a impossibility. Vehicles will fail and randomly for many reasons. That is was fuels 1,000's of tow companies, garages, and sometimes dealerships. We offer and normally sold with most of our vehicles is a warranty up to 7years or 72,000 miles. Mrs ****** was fortunate to have that warranty coverage. When a person finances a used vehicle the financing is not guarantee of no problems. Its a contract of payment. I wish Mrs. ****** the best with her new vehicle and hate that this transaction wasn't smoother. We will not offer any further assistance for this situation.

Purchase truck; paid in full for truck, tags, title, taxes, and processing fees. The dealer said that tags and title would show up in the mail. I received the tags, but the dealer refused to release the title.

We've sent the information to the DMV and they say they never received it.  Working with DMV to figure out what the issue is.  She should have gotten a title immediately.
